“自然に囲まれた素晴らしいロケーションの中、ローカルのように過ごせました。設備も申し分なく、またスタッフさんの対応や配慮も良くて快適に過ごせました。日本語が話せるスタッフもいて安心しました。 閑静な立地なので夜の10時以降は静かにしなければいけない点はご注意が必要です。 また是非利用させて頂きたいと思っています。”

“A nice place, but limited check in times. Property a bit remote. . Room a bit damp,,, so had to use dehumidifier (which wasn’t on the hotel description!!!!!). Not high on the list to return to. ”

“Servicio de limpieza solo una vez durante la estadía de 4 noches. Pedimos toallas en dos ocasiones y nunca fueron entregadas. Hasta cuando van a seguir usando Covid para no limpiar las habitaciones todos los días? Propiedad es fantastica, muy bien mantenida. No justifica pagar un precio tan slto por noche y no tener todos los servicios. Hawai es muy complicado para viajar en este momento. Rental car aceptan reservas y no tienen autos. Buena suerte para consiguir taxis ”

“What a perfect little rustic mountain getaway. If you like cooler nights, warm days and peace and quiet than this is where you want to stay. The hot tub was wonderful in its little jungle setting and the cabin treehouse was perfect for our family. Will definitely stay again. ”

“It was late at night when we got to this VRBO. The instructions told us to walk down a path that would be lighten but it was completly pitch back and we were walking in the middle of a rainforest. Once we figured out where we were, we typed the code and got the key. We walk in and the place is a mess. Dirty sheets, dirty towels all over, food everywhere, clearly not ready for us to be there. We text the property owner and he thankfully responded quickly. He gave us the code to the other room....

“This place was quaint but everything we had hoped. Loved the property and everything was perfect. Please note that this is 1 hour from the Volcano but it is well worth it to stay at this place. Will come again.”
