Oahu Vacation
Slight hiccup with check in. Arrived late and door code had been changed. Since it was after hours there was no contact with hosts. Found one text message showing a backup code that worked. Other than that the trip and the property were amazing. Great communication with hosts after that and they were apologetic and said they would work on after hours contact for future guests. Our kids loved the beach and pool and all the beach accessories that were available with the room. We had a wonderful week.

Perfect location!
We wanted to stay on the quiet side of the island and this was perfect! So close to Kualoa Ranch which has great activities for teens and the North Shore for surfingm eating and shopping. We loved walking on the quiet beach at the property. So lovely!

Would definitely stay again!
We loved this property! It’s in a quiet area out of the city. The turtles on the beach every night were very neat to see, and the sunrise view was stunning. This place is comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend

Great place to stay right on the beach and fantastic snorkeling Right outside your door, property managers were very responsive to a shower drain being clogged, was fixed within the hour. Would recommend staying here!

Wonderful getaway spot
Overall out experience was as good as we could have asked for. The host communicated every step of the way and the process was seamless. The apartment looks just like the pictures and was the perfect size for three of us. We had a large balcony overlooking the ocean which was amazing to wake up to everyday. There were even snorkel equipment included and we saw tutles multiple times. Very convenient to the north size attractions and beautiful beaches. If I had one critique it would be that the back bedroom can get a little warm but we turned all the fans on and it was fine. Great place that we would definitely stay again.

Excellent location!
The condo was very nice and met our needs perfectly for a small family of (4). We were not in the condo very often and so location was important for us and we could not have asked for anything better. The grounds were very nice, check in was easy, and check out was too. Excellent Beach Location
As suggested in the property description, shown in photos and in reviews, the property is older and undergoing significant exterior structural renovations. If you arrive knowing that and aren't surprised, you will enjoy yourself. The unit was in good shape, very clean, and well appointed with appliances, etc. We used the bed in the living room as there is noise from the road in the front room. The biggest advantage of this property is the beachfront location. Beautiful views and an uncrowded very swimmable beach with decent snorkeling.

Vacation in paradise
Overall everything was great, the beach front is right there and it’s a quiet community. There was some construction/renovations going on at the time we stayed there and the pool was closed due to that. Not a huge inconvenience and overall everything was good including the amenities inside of the unit

Perfect family-friendly countryside condo
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Any issues or questions we had were addressed right away and the management company did an incredible job with their communication. Our only suggestion would be is to have an additional cooling unit for the front bedroom. It was a little warm in there, but the AC kept the rest of unit perfectly cooled. We didn't spend much time in the bedroom, so it didn't affect our stay too much, but if I were to point anything out this would be the only thing. The best part of our trip is we saw so many turtles on the beach. The kids loved it. We would definitely stay here again!

Our October Stay
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and updated. We stayed in the front room because of the road noise and AC was better there. The view and beach were wonderful, used the snorkel to see the turtles eating. Good location for the north shore beaches.

Our stay at this property was very nice. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need from the kitchen to the bathroom and even a separate laundry area. The bedroom is huge but it was too hot to sleep in with no ac but we were comfortable sleeping in the bed and sofa bed in the living room. The only downfall we had was the hose for the portable ac unit was broken and only patched together with tin foil. We ended up buying some gorilla tape and more foil to patch it. There is construction outside on the property which we were told ahead of time but it was not an issue-barely heard any noise. My kids loved it and the beach was just a few steps away. We had a great time!

Wonderful stay!
The condo was immaculate, the view from lanai was amazing, we fell in love with the kitchen -my husbands a chef- so we had a great time cooking. The property was great we didn’t hear the construction at all and we were there during the week and weekend. The beach is GORGEOUS, people staying around properly were very friendly, parking space and check in was great. Loved it all!! Will definitely be back!

Amazing view
Our stay was short but wonderful. The view was stunning. The property is steps from the beach. Easy access for swimming and snorkeling. The property would be great for a family. It was just myself and my husband so we did not use the bedroom instead choosing to sleep on the bed in the living room so we could keep the sliding glass door open to listen to the ocean all night. A short walk away are several small eateries including a shrimp truck. The coconut shrimp was yummy and so was the shave ice. We picked this property because it was out of the way and not touristy. We would stay there again.

Family Vacation
My family of 5 (two teens and a 9 year old) were very comfortable staying here. I was worried about only having one bathroom, but the sink in the laundry area made up for it. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The bedroom was very warm at night, so we moved some additional fans in (there were several fans provided) and it was fine. The beach right out back was AMAZING and we never felt the need to go to any other beaches. My husband and kids snorkeled several times per day and saw turtles, blow fish, an octopus, and pretty coral. We saw turtles on the beach, too. Check-in was seamless. Communication was quick if we needed anything— we needed extra toilet paper and it was delivered within hours. The front door lock was finicky and a little annoying, but we figured it out. The construction was not an issue for us. Thanks for a great stay!

Hauula Stay
Great condo, great location. Air conditioning did not really cool the condo down enough, but it is Hawaii in July, we expected it to be warm. Parking was challenging as the parking lot was small and usually full and the rental vehicle we had was large. Construction was ongoing but didn’t really interfere with anything we wanted to do. The Beach out back was amazing, we had so much fun snorkeling and swimming, saw tons of fish and even some turtles. All in all a wonderful place to stay with very responsive property manager.

We love Pats
This is our second time staying at Pats at punalu’u. We love the quiet more rural setting. The beach and ocean is perfect for swimming and snorkeling, even our 5 year old swam and snorkeled. The local grocery and food options are great. The building as a whole is undergoing much needed renovations. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our entire stay, which was a huge disappointment and we wished we knew a head of time. The unit was great for our families needs. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. The touch pad door lock was super easy and convenient. The Murphy bed was not very comfortable but it works. We appreciated the boogie boards and beach chairs that were provided. It could use more sand toys, beach towels and some more plates/bowls, but we made due. The main complaint is that the sliding door to the balcony is very hard to close and the lock doesn’t lock. But we will be back!

While there was upgrades being done to the complex, the unit was clean and recently upgraded. The view is fantastic and access to a quiet beach is just what we were looking for. The place delivered as advertised. Our family of 6 fit great in it.

We have stayed at Pat’s building multiple times including at the cottages and other condo units, this one is by far the best! Amazingly clean and furnished. Best location in the building! The view is to die for! There is absolutely nothing the owner could have done better! Thank you so very much! We will be back!!!!

Wake up in paradise
Wake up to gorgeous beach views. Eat breakfast on the lanai and listen to the waves while watching the sunrise. Our family of 6 loved this condo for our week long stay on Oahu. Beach access was what attracted us to this listing and it did not disappoint! While we visited other beaches on the island, this beach was our favorite for playing and snorkeling. A short walk down the beach were two beach swings…a favorite for early in the morning to catch the sunrise. The condo has a great selection of sand toys, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and snokel gear for use. The condo was well-stocked and we felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Lots of fans and AC to keep us cool. Beds were comfortable and we all slept great. Plus lots of usb charging outlets! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
