“What an amazing location to stay in the Speyside area and in Dufftown. My expectations were well exceeded by the fit out and finish of the property, the size and space and practical appointments for this accommodation. A modern bathroom complimented the more traditional cottage feel and there was also a washing machine that was very timely at this stage of my holiday. Das Meer ist tatschlich direkt vor der Haustür, Findochty ist ein schöner Ort und eine gute Basis um bei schönem Wetter die Gegend zu erkunden oder es sich bei Sturm & Regen im Haus gemütlich zu machen. Für uns ein Glücksfall! Absolut liebenswert war das Starterpaket mit Prosecco, Milch, Speck, Eiern, Brötchen und vielem mehr mit dem uns Clare & Steve überraschten. Gerne wieder!”

“We had a wonderful few days despite mixed weather. The cottage is very well equipped, cosy yet spacious with lovely bright bedrooms upstairs, the owners were kind and helpful and the location is lovely, great walks along the river and lovely open outlook. We hope to return soon!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Nether Bellandy! Tony and Sharon were great hosts and the cottage is surrounded by beautiful scenery in the Scottish highlands. “We all enjoyed our stay for our Dad's 70th Birthday. The pool was used constantly! The house was very clean, well equipped and beds comfortable. The grounds and surrounding areas to the property are beautiful. Alan, the host was good at communicating and replied very quickly to any queries I had. My only gripe, which didn't detract from the stay at all, would be plastic cups for the pool area and maybe some pictures and ornaments throughout the house to make it feel more homely. Thank you...

“Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist noch viel schöner, als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und haben eine angenehme Größe. Besonders gemütlich sind das Wohnzimmer und das Esszimmer, welches an die perfekt ausgestattete Küche angrenzt. “We had a lovely stay, and everything in the chalet was fine however we only stayed for two nights. I would say there are a couple of areas of the experience which can be improved further. The bed and pillows aren’t comfy, we have both left with neck pain, a mattress protector and new pillows would go a long way. The top oven smoked when preheating so we had to avoid using it. Nice view and good location, would have benefited with directions to the spot by the river which is pictured in the ad....

“I received a warm welcome from the host and he could not do enough to make me welcome at the cottage. The cottage, as per the listing, is secluded and was ideal for my short break. If it is quiet and downtime you require then I recommend this property. ”
