This unit is very nice and well appointed. The day after we arrived, we were notified by text and email that the unit below had reported a water leak. My husband called the "customer service" number provided by Vacasa but they were less than helpful. Thanks to the downstairs neighbor, the owner was notified - NOT BY VACASA- and the leak repaired. Even though threr are 2 Vacasa offices on Hatteras Island, the nonexistent customer support was hundreds of miles away and absolutely. clueless. Use local realtors like Dolphin for rentals on OBX, not Cacasa.
