“This is a beautiful rustic cabin with many amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the huge deck with views of the bay and mountains (on a clear day), quiet location, and warm and toasty on chilly nights. We did not cook but the kitchen seemed well equipped, and a new grill is available on the deck. There is a bit of a slope to walk down from parking area to the entrance but the path with steps is fine. Stairs down to the water are solid with storage for kayaks, etc. if you have them. Super charming...

“The property is beautiful and we had a pleasant stay, but there are a handful of notes that would have turned this into a 5-star experience: 1) The property features two queen size beds and one twin bed. All of the mattresses are STIFF. Not firm, STIFF. We had some pretty rough nights on these. If you can't replace the mattresses, at least include some plush mattress covers. 2) The top tier balcony was off-limits, with P-touch stickers on the door demanding guests not open it. “Charming little beach cabin situated right along the shoreline. Beautiful views, driftwood and sea birds . Because the weather was blustery we stayed inside nearly every moment. Gale force winds and sideways rain were crazy. Even the locals said it was wild! We did go to CamaBeach and had a nice brunch at the lodge with fabulous service The house was comfy but had a bit of challenging lighting. It was a mystery as to where some of the light switches were located! But we had a wonderful time!...

“We rented this house for a family wedding that was happening near by. We had 11 people staying in the house. The house is lovely with beautiful views. I think they do a wonderful job of preparing the house for guests, but with all rentals there are always pros and cons. I'll start with the pros: The bedding was very comfortable and soft. “We only spent two nights but really enjoyed the weekend break. Quiet location and the internet was surprisingly good so we could stream a movie with no issues. Yes there were a few spiders and the cell reception was non-existent but that was our goal. We love stopping by Langley and Freeland so this location was perfect. We did manage to be sucessful with our trout fishing which was an added bonus. Only improvements I could see would be to do some work on the shower so it doesn't leak...

“The house was great. Inside fairly clean. Outside however had sewage seeping into lawn and ground was mushy in front of deck. Could not sit on deck because of smell. Unsafe for kids and dogs to play in yard. ”
