“Lovely, cozy and well-maintained cottage. Great for my child and I while we adjusted to the area to begin her new school year in a new place. The WiFi was unreliable; we managed with cell phone hotspot for work and entertainment, as needed. The kitchen had full sets of dishes and flatware, aKeurig on the counter with a few courtesy k-cup pods. Sugar, salt, pepper and additional seasonings available. Overall happy with our experience and would stay again. Thank you!”

“We booked this property while taking a trip to the west side to visit family. We originally chose it because it was close to the zoo. The fact that it’s a completely remodeled, period style home was a quirky bonus, until we got there. Every detail was perfect, from the furniture down to music playing when we walked in. We’re already planning our next visit, but without the kids next time. ”

“Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...
