We finally found the chain link fence but could not locate the mailbox for the keys. I thought a mailbox would be beside the road. We called the property manager a second time and she did not answer. “The perfect location to relax and put your feet up. The little cabin is ideal for a couple or small group. We really enjoyed our stay. The under cover outdoor kitchen is fun to cook in and we played many games of cribbage in the screened in porch. Definitely check out the stream across the street! It was also lovely to sit by the fire in the evening. We will go back for sure!”

“We enjoyed our stay at The Cabbage. The Host is very accommodating. Someone had recently given a bad review. We didn't experience any of the things they had. The cabin is old with some modern updates, mostly in the bathroom and the sleeping loft. It's extremely cute. It's a seasonal camp/cabin. Go expecting a rustic Maine cabin experience and you will fully enjoy your stay at the Cabbage.”

“Was a great trip. Photos of the unit are very accurate. What they don’t show is you are directly across from the lake and walking distance to a few nice restaurants/pub. The unit was well appointed with all you need to cook and meal prep. Went there to hike Gulf Hagas,but found there was a lot more to do. Will be heading back to do that.”

“We loved our stay. The house was great. The lawn by the lake was a great spot to hang out. We ate meals outside and sat around the campfire. The back porch was also a favorite spot to read and drink our coffee and watch the loons. No TV/wifi, but we spent all our time outside or on the porch watching the lake.”
