“Location is great and the room was very pretty. Bathroom was nicely updated with a huge rain shower head. We stayed in 121, our friends were in 119 which had a beautiful king sized canopy bed and nice sitting area. Breakfast was just ok...we'd probably enjoy the cafe downstairs instead if we visited again. Our room had a weird musky mens cologne smell and the wall unit didnt seem to work. We set it at 63 and it was pretty warm in the room.”

“We arrive at the stagecoach inn to stay for the night, our purpose for the trip was to pick up our new adopted puppy so when we arrive we were greeted by Tim who explained everything about the property to us and let us know that if we need anything that they would take care of it for us when we got into the room it was perfect for our needs and was very clean. We slept well and we plan to come back in the spring for a couple nights just the wife and I it is a very romantic getaway spot.”

“This place is a perfect blend of historic charm and cozy comfort. It was great for my mother/daughter weekend trip! The homemade breakfast was delicious, and the location is ideal—just a short walk from Newport’s downtown. Also, parking is free and eliminated the stress of having to find a spot. “It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. ”

“Our stay in Newport was very comfortable in the three bedroom, two bath space. The kitchen and living room were just as pictured and in great shape. Parking across the street was a great bonus. The third bedroom (downstairs) was very spacious, but a bit drafty since it opened to an unheated storage area and outside. The second bath shower was tiny for my 6'3" frame. Great restaurants, and coffee shops close by. Chris is a wonderful host.”
