The hotel exceeded our expectation in all areas. The location couldn't be any better, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and extremely good restaurant are on it's doorstep. Service was truly personal and fantastic from start to finish. The front desk greeted you with a welcome drink and comfy seat as they check you in. The were always ready with helpful tips, making our Hanoi experience even more memorable. They also offered to hold our luggage while we went to Ha Long Bay for the night and the day we checked out we had a tour and they offered us a room to shower so we could freshen up. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Hanoian Central Hotel exploring old quarter before leaving for Ha Long Bay Cruise. The hotel is clean and very conveniently located. The minute we arrived all the staff were very helpful, kind, friendly and very professional from the front desk to restaurant staffs. They made sure that every detail was taken care of to make my stay memorable. On the first night we had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and were served by Mr. Thanh another caring and considerate person. Food was excellent. We will definitely recommend and return to Hanoin Central Hotel

This was a lovely hotel with great location, but by far its biggest strength is the charming attention to detail and warm attitude of its staff. The receptionist Quin Anh went out of her way to make sure we are cared for and arranged for our transportation even when we were at another location. The hotel is conveniently located as well. All tours know the hotel as well and most will organize to pick up and drop off from this hotel location. It was a wonderful stay and I absolutely will stay again if in Hanoi

Right as I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by the warm smiles and genuine hospitality of the staff. Every team member was incredibly polite, helpful and attentive, making me feel comfortable and valued from the very beginning. The hotel's location was fantastic, withing easy walking distance to all the main attractions and popular local food spots. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast was another highlight, everything was fresh and flavorful. I truly appreciated the thoughtful service and the cozy atmosphere throughout my stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

I was very impressed with the warm hospitality from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff greeted me with bright smiles and a welcome drink of tea and delicious mung bean cakes. I like the cakes so much that I asked where to buy them, and the staff kindly recommended a nearby local shop and even gave me a map. They also introduced me to their Ha Long Bay and Trang An tour in a very detailed and friendly way. Although I couldn't join the tours this time due to personal plans, I look forward to trying them on my next visit

Perfect vacation with great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds, solid massages at Vita Spa and night drinks at the bar. The location is fantastic and the staff are incredibly helpful. I'd like to personally thank Mr. Toan who showed us to our room and helped us with great dinner recommendations in the area. He also ensured we had a take away breakfast to have at the airport which no other hotels we stayed before did. Thank you Toan and the rest of the amazing staff for making our trip extra special

I came to Hanoi for short day trip and this hotel was the perfect choice. It was easy to get around from here, and the hotel helped me arrange an airport pickup which saved me a lot of stress on arrival. The room was exactly what i need, clean, quiet and well equipped. The mattress was firm but comfortable, and the blackout curtains helped me sleep in after long flights. We were especially impressed by the service. Elsa at the front desk was a gem, so warm, cheerful and always ready to help with anything we needed. She greeted us every morning with a big smile and gave us useful tips about where to go and what to eat around the city. For anyone doing a short city break or stopover in Hanoi, this is solid, reliable hotel that makes everything easy

We really enjoyed our stay at hanoian central hotel. The hotel has this lovely local feel while still being very well maintained and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, thanks in large to Andrew at the reception. He was extremely attentive and kind, helping us book our tour to Ha long Bay and giving us honest advice about what to expect. We especially liked the breakfast setup, small but very fresh, and always with a few warm local dishes to try. One morning we had delicious Vietnamese sticky rice and fresh passion fruit juice. The hotel is also close to all the food hotpots and we found great banh mi, egg coffee and grilled skewers just minutes from the door. It made exploring so easy

We chose this hotel for its location, and it turned out to be one of our favorite places during our Vietnam trip. Everything is within walking distance markets, coffee shops, train street and lots of cultural spots. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. The room is bright with plenty of natural light and we even had a small balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Breakfast was generous and fresh, with both Vietnamese and Western options. We particularly enjoyed the beef noodle soup and strong drip coffee. It;s the kind of place that feels thoughtfully managed. Not too big, not too small, just right

If you're looking for a hotel with the perfect location in Hanoi,kook no further than Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa. Situated in the heart of the old quarter, it it's within walking distance to hoan kiem lake, the night market, local coffees, and historic landmarks. Yet despite the central location, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle. The room was spacious and very clean, with lovely traditional touches modern comforts. We were even surprised with a welcome fruit plate such a sweet gesture! What made our stay even more special was the attentive service. Elsa and Antony were incredibly helpful to show us where to go, where to eat and even the souvenir shop nearby. Having such friendly and knowledgeable staff made all the difference. Thank you Elsa and Antony for your amazing hospitality. We loved every moment of our time here!

One of the highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, the food. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing fresh, diverse, and delicious. We especially loved the pho, it was flavorful, authentic, and the perfect way to start the day. The fresh fruit, pastries, and juices were also excellent. Every morning felt like a mini feast. The dinning area was elegant yet cozy, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. In the reception, Antony stood out for his warm personality and outstanding service. He made sure we had everything we needed and always asked if there was anything special we'd like. He even recommend a few great restaurants nearby that we ended up loving. Overall, the experience added so much value to our stay. Great food, great service, and great hospitality. Thank you, Antony for such good care of us, your kindness truly made a difference.

Our stay at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa was everything we hoped for and more, but what truly exceeded our experiences was the spa service. After days of walking through the busy streets of Hanoi, we decided to treat ourselves to a massage and it was easily one of the best spa experiences we've ever had. The massage therapists were professional and high skilled. We tried both hot stone and traditional Thai massages, both were fantastic and helped us unwind completely. It was the perfect way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and reset our energy. The attention to detail was amazing, from the hot tea we received afterward to the peaceful music and aromatherapy during the session. We highly recommend booking a treatment if you're staying here, it's not just a spa, it's a full experience. We definitely be coming back!

The hotel is perfect for Western travelers looking for the western conveniences. Clean, air conditioned rooms with hot water. The continental breakfast was amazing. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage there after you check out to explore the surrounding area. The area is very, very busy. Cars and motorbikes crowd the street as well as motorbikes crowding the sidewalk so you’re required to walk in the street much if the time. There really are no stop signs or traffic light systems and the crosswalks aren’t truly crosswalks. Just be aware and you really need to pay attention. Extremely noisy and the sidewalks streets are slightly dirty. However, I would not let this discourage you because the shops and people are amazing. Wear closed toed shoes and just come prepared for a lot of stimulation.

We had an amazing time here. The service was top-notch, and every staff member we met was kind and professional. Andrew provided outstanding service, making sure we had everything we needed. He helped us arrange transportation, recommended the best local eateries, and always greeted us with a smile. One thing I really appreciated was the hotel’s facilities. It has a spa, a restaurant, and a well-equipped gym, which was perfect for me as I like to work out while traveling. The gym was clean and had all the necessary equipment for a good session The restaurant was also fantastic! The food was flavorful, and if you love Vietnamese cuisine, you must try their Bun Cha, it’s absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi!

We stayed here total four nights, and everything about our experience was excellent. The receptionist was especially helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed and giving us great tips on exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with very comfortable beds and modern amenities. Breakfast each morning was also outstanding, with a great selection of local and Western options. You should try Pho here as well. It’s absolutely delicious! A small thing to note: the hotel is divided into two separate buildings, each with its own elevator. The staff kindly pointed this out, but I still managed to take the wrong elevator once! It’s not a major issue, but it’s something to be aware of when moving between floors. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of service. Every staff member was warm and welcoming, making us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. Thank the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely return!

We also tried the hotel’s spa, and the massage was one of the best we’ve ever had. This is, without a doubt, one of the best boutique hotels in Hanoi, offering luxury service at an affordable price. Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s best attractions on foot. The staff, especially Tiffany was incredibly friendly and professional, always greeting us with a smile and offering helpful travel tips. She even arranged tours and transportation for us, making our trip completely hassle-free.The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a super comfortable bed and strong Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh, delicious food, including local specialties and Western options. This hotel offers exceptional value for money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Staying at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa was a fantastic experience! The rooms were stylish and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was top-notch. What really impressed me was the hotel's tour services. I booked a Ninh Binh day tour, and it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. The hotel ensured that the tour was well-organized, with a small group, excellent service, and no hidden costs. I highly recommend staying here and booking your tours through them!

I had an incredible experience at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and ideally located in the Old Quarter. The staff are incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with warm smiles and going above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. I had dinner at Bell Pepper restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. After a long day exploring the city, I also decided to try their spa. Mrs. Thuong, my therapist, was so professional and welcoming. Her massage techniques were incredible, helping me relax completely after a tiring day. The combination of great dining and a top-notch spa made my stay unforgettable.

Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The rooms were lovely, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect, but the hospitality is what truly sets this place apart. During my stay, I wasn’t feeling well one evening, and Molly was so kind, she arranged for a hot meal to be delivered straight to my room. She also offered to prepare ginger tea to help me recover faster. This level of care and attentiveness is something I will never forget. I felt so well taken care of, like I was staying with family. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter, which is where you want to be as a tourist. The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable by Western standards. Don't expect all the amenities of a Hilton or Marriott - if you want that then stay there. But you won't find those in the Old Quarter and then you'll be missing out. The staff at the front desk, Anthony and Andrew, were very friendly and bent over backwards to meet every request: Walking tour of Old Hanoi? check. Directions to an ATM? check. Good restaurant nearby? check. Nearby pharmacy? check. Prepaid taxi to airport? check. The rate was an absolute bargain for the location, room and staff. Very highly recommended.
