“An absolute gem of a home in an ideal lake front location. We enjoyed days out on the lake with kayaks, a canoe and life jackets provided. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having breakfast on the beautiful back porch overlooking Lake George. We really hope to return next year for our annual trip.”

“The General's Cabin was a wonderful place for my husband and me to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. The cabin was exceptionally clean. Melissa had thought of everything you could possibly need. Inside had a well-stocked kitchen, a great coffee/tea bar, lots of little extras to make the stay enjoyable, extra towels, blankets, pillows etc. In the bathrooms there was a basket of soaps, lotions, shampoos and even toothbrushes in case you forgot to bring your own. “Thanks, David for the great week at your home. What we loved about the property was the direct lake access, plenty of room for our family (6 adults, one toddler, 2 pups) . The beds were comfortable, central air only needed our first day, and the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. We spent a lot of time on the deck, enjoying the view of the lake, and the fire pit was perfect for a cool August night. The carpets are a bit worn with some stains, but easily overlooked. Plenty to do in the area...
