Lovely view, bright and clean room
My friends and I stayed for two nights and it was good sized for 3 people. Linens were quality, bed and couch are comfortable and the refrigerator is a good size to stock drinks and some food. The swells were beautiful right outside the balcony. The building and location were fairly quiet which is all the better. Great place for a couple nights out of town.

Lovely Beachview Studio Apartment ... Excellent Location
This studio apartment overlooks the north end of Hampton Beach where it is quieter then the busier strip to the south. Between the unit and the ocean is a 4-lane road (1A) but has proper access to the beach close by. While we were there, the traffic was fairly light. View from the inside and the balcony was terrific. We are picky and we liked the comfortable bed, bedding and pillows. The entire place was immaculate. Parking was convenient and numbered. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Great location, clean and relaxing!
My husband and I stayed at this location for a kid-free mid-week getaway. Loved that it came with it's own parking space, directly across from a sandy/rocky beach (which we spent time at during low tide). Open the balcony door for a great view and the soothing sounds of the ocean waves. Inside had been recently renovated and was very clean. We didn't use the kitchen, but appreciated that it was stocked with coffee, sugar/creamers, silverware, etc. Highly recommend!

Two days at the beach
The location is great, ocean view, with the main street in between. Heavy circulation very noisy. If you want to go to the main beach with all your beach stuff, you need to take the car and paid the parking lot fees which is around 12$. Otherwise, the place is clean. Pictures shows the reality of what you'll get.

The unit is beautiful and well equipped. The location was great for beaching, walking and easy to shopping. The ocean view balcony was a real bonus enjoyed breakfast there everyday. We are already planning another trip.

beautiful getaway
The property was just as listed, the sunrise was beautiful, you could hear the ocean all night long. We took a walk just after sunrise to the breakfast place just down the street that the host suggested and that was amazing.

Great Getaway
Upon entering the unit, it was immaculate. The view of the ocean was nice and being able to hear the waves crash while relaxing says it all. Shannon was an excellent host and was prompt to answer any questions. Whether you stay here in the off season or at prime time, this place was really nice for a couple or small family. I would def recommend this property and the host was super nice. Mike

Perfect!
We had a perfect little getaway. The condo was decorated nicely, clean and the location is fantastic. We listened to the waves crash at night and watched a beautiful sunrise in the morning. Very close to Portsmouth. We spend the day at all the little shops and had a wonderful dinner there. Our host, Shannon, went above and beyond, Quick to respond and very attentive. Highly recommend!

Quiet relaxing weekend
This property is very clean and has extremely comfortable furniture. I did not have any issues, so did not need to reach out to the host. However, Shannon was thoughtful and reached out to me making sure everything was fine and to see if I needed anything.

Amazing!
My husband and I traveled up for a family event. Being an ocean girl, I found this location and was over the moon! We opened the sliding door and could hear the waves crashing. Talk about a wonderful way to fall asleep! This place was a perfect anchor point for all of the places we wanted to explore. I am very happy we stayed here!

Beachfront Getaway for Home Renovations
Stayed here for a week while some renovations were being done to our home. Clean, easy to access studio. The owner was very easy to communicate with. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

A beautiful find!
We were staying in Hampton Beach for a quick weekend after dropping our daughter off to college. We found this beautiful, cozy, clean place overlooking the ocean. The beach below was just perfect for our son and his friend. They bought boogie boards and their surfboard. Our place had everything we needed for the weekend and we felt right at home. Our host, Shannon was quick to answer a question or give us information on the property. A must when in Hampton!

retirement getaway
Shannon's place was a perfect place for my husband and i to ease into his retirement and celebrate. this unit was top notch. everything is brand new, nicely decorated and the cleanest rental i have ever stayed in. the sunrises and sunsets were amazing. they never get old. if i could give a rating of 10 I would. no one would ever be disappointed staying here. thanks again Shannon!

Perfect place for a mid week getaway!
My sisters and I escaped to this lovely little space for three nights. The pictures are accurate but the space itself has to be seen with your own eyes to appreciate the closeness to the ocean. We slept to the sound of the ocean waves through our open balcony door. Woke up to perfect sunrise views. Beds were super comfy! This place is on a quiet little beach between Hampton and Rye. Tons of restaurants and shops within a 8 mile radius! Can’t wait to return!

Room is exactly as shown. Very clean with all the amenities you need. Shannon was an exceptional communicator. Location can’t be beat with access to beach right across the street. Loved the morning walks on Ocean Blvd. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Great mini vacation
This was my first mini vacation with my 6 yr old great niece. The unit is perfect for 2 people. Morning coffee on the deck looking at the ocean, the sound of the waves. PRICELESS! Would love to stay again next summer

Best View on the Strip
Shannon made things extremely easy with checking in and making sure everything wrnt smoothly. The room was very newly renovated, and very clean with new appliances. The sunrise in the morning on the 5th floor was stunning! There was complimentary coffee and wine as well. The location wasnt too crowded with poeple but was also in easy walking or driving distance of the Hampton Stip. I would rate the place a 11/10 if I could and will definitely be booking again in the future
