Highly disappointed!!!
Property was not clean when we got there. Cleaning crew came and were there for 15-20 minutes to clean.
Although we were reimbursed the cleaning fee, we discovered numerous issues: blind slats missing, mildewed shower curtain and sponges, only one chair on balcony prevented us from enjoying the beautiful ocean view, stained and limited linens, no trash bags, dishwashing liquid or coffee filters, etc. Informational pamphlet left as to what should be in unit was not complete so we were unaware as to what should be there. Also, unit is advertised as new -- it is not. It is renovated!! We checked out two days early and were told that we would be reimbursed for those two days, but the amount was approximately $120 short and the property manager did not reply to inquiry as to why. Sent property manager photos of issues. Property management company was apologetic for the original lack of cleaning, but did not seem to be concerned about the issues brought to their attention. We checked in on Friday evening, and Property Management company is on call for emergencies only over the weekend.
