“Perfect location, can’t get any closer to the beach. Nice and quiet. House was very clean and up to date. Was exactly as pictured in the listing. Only incredibly minor complaint was that the smoke alarm is super sensitive and went off every time we used the oven. Better to work than not at all though! Definitely will be coming back. ”

“I didn't know until the day before that it was on the 2nd floor. I thought it was ground floor. I found it dangerous to have to get to the beach from the deck in the back of the condo . The stairs were very slick because they stay wet. And i witnessed several people fall trying to get to the beach area . ”

“We stayed here for a short getaway, chose this location for ease of going to State Park and Ft.Fisher, etc. Host was responsive when we had trouble heating the cottage, unusual cold snap during our stay. Kitchen is great as is space.. Only comment: would prefer a few less decorative items so hooks,surfaces could be used for intended purpose. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This is a lovely home and perfectly placed on the beach. Exactly what we wanted to eliminate packing and taking everything to the beach--we could go in and out of the house all day--absolutely perfect in this regard. “This is probably the most well located property we have stayed at, in relation to closeness to the beach. Just a few steps and you are on the beach. Excellent for us older individuals that have to really work to walk in the sand. The property is in need of some TLC, but I understand that is the consensus from most that stay here. “We love the loft type settings to stay in and this one was just lovely! It had all the charm of others we have rented, situated above the city businesses you hear the bustle of the young town until early morning ( I like that) beautifully furnished with the brick charm which I adore. Driving from Florida, our formal clothes could have used an iron and ironing board, which I thought odd not to have, but our wrinkles didn’t keep us away! We had a great time, the accommodations were very nice.”
