“The apartment was great for our Graze the Bench event which was close by. Its in a new suburb in a house with the hosts living on the main floor above. Walkout basement entry to a lovely pool which we didnt take advantage of. Nor did we enjoy the nice patio seating and fire pit table. The apartment has separate rooms with doors for the kitchen and bedroom. The air conditioning is set and controlled by the hosts so tell them what your preferences are. “Everything was clean and organized. Check in and check out were both smooth processes and the host was quick to respond to questions beforehand. It’s a great location and was 5 minutes away from Ball’s Falls. Easy to get to and accessible parking in front. ”

“Owner responded to all my questions in a timely manner. Owner was very kind to let us on property early once the cleaners had finished. Location is very relaxing, lots of trees, birds, quiet road, can see river from the deck. ”

“Love the location and the bright spacious living room. We had a family come over one night and we had plenty of room to make a meal and have a great visit. Fun neighborhood with walking areas near good shopping, restaurants, and not far from the lake, we will be back!”

“This is a nice place for a family with kids! Plenty of room and a full kitchen. The location is great. The owner is obviously thinking about the children; there are beach toys, games, and even books for them. The only negative is that I missed that this place is above the loading dock of what might have been a store and is accessed via the outdoor stairs. So I wouldn’t recommend this for people who have trouble with stairs. ”
