Apart-hoteles en Hamburger Graben

“Wir kamen am späten Nachmittag an. Der Kollege am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unsere Räder sicher unterstellen. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und hatten einen Balkon. Das Hotel hatte einen sehr schönen Pool und auch eine Sauna mir Ruheraum. Es wurde auch zu jeder vollen Stunde ein Aufguss gemacht. Der Aufguss war super habe schon lange keinen so tollen erhalten. Der Mann war auch sehr freundlich. Frühstück war auch sehr gut, sogar mit Sekt, so fängt der Tag schon mal...

“Sehr schöne Zimmer mit super Ausstattung. Sehr freundliches Shuttle zur Skistation. WLAN sehr schwach. Frühstück für Vielesser nicht allzu üppig. Leider keine Möglichkeit gemütlich im Hotel einen Kaffee zu trinken oder ein „Bier“ zu erwerben”

“1. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Employees at the restaurant cannot really communicate or answer questions unfortunately (other than the lovely woman in breakfast) 2. Very nice, large, clean, comfortable rooms 3. Food was mostly good, large choice of salads and vegetables 4. The pool is nice BUT slippery and dangerous. It will end badly if not taken care of 5. No outside area for kids at all, and the indoor room is not nice at all 6. Area is beautiful, just in front of the cable...

“Vera is a great host, nothing is too hard for them and they even answered my Whatsapp messages on Sunday (their rest day). I'm so thankful to have found this place. The property has very strong vinegary smell in the kitchen/living area, so strong that we tried to avoid the kitchen as much as we can. The property is so hot, we turned off all the radiators and still very hot overnight, not sure where the heat is coming from but we were there in Feb, minus 10 degree C overnight and we were hot....
