Hermosa villa con piscina privada y spa

Nuestra hermosa villa está idealmente ubicada para turistas que desean aprovechar al máximo el área central de Florida. Conveniente para todas las atracciones, a solo 25 minutos de Disney, a 30 minutos de Sea World, Universal, a 40 minutos del aeropuerto ya una hora de ambas costas. Esta villa con aire acondicionado está suntuosamente amueblada. Hay un televisor de 50 "HD), WIFI gratuito y consola PS2. Todas las habitaciones tienen TV (1 también tiene DVD) y grandes cantidades de espacio en el armario. Todas las llamadas telefónicas locales son gratuitas y se proporciona una caja fuerte para guardar objetos de valor. La sala de juegos tiene una mesa de billar de tamaño completo y futbolín. La piscina privada también cuenta con bañera de hidromasaje / spa. El área de la cubierta es enorme, lo que permite mucho espacio para disfrutar del sol de Florida y está completamente protegida para evitar la entrada de insectos. Es apto para niños (la valla de seguridad y cada una de las 3 puertas a la piscina, desde la sala de estar y los dos dormitorios principales emite una alarma audible sutil cuando se abre).

21 day stay at Excellent Villa home
Easy access through the gated community. Enjoyed being close to shopping & restaurants. Home was well furnished (missed having cupboard handles on kitchen cupboards). Happy with the hot tub & pool. Definitely plan to return to this rental home.

We had a great time at the villa!! It was super well equipped. Really everything we needed!! Our teenage daughters had fun in the game room and pool. It was truly a wonderful vacation and would recommend this property to others!!

Great vacation house!
House was clean and spacious. Communication with owners was very helpful. There were plenty of extras, such as pots and pans, beach towels, etc. Property manager was very responsive. I would stay here again!

Florida Vacation
We stayed for a week at this rental. Property manager was very helpful. Overall the house was decently clean. We did arrive earlier than expected and they allowed us in since the house was already clean. The kids loved the Playstation in the house. We went in July so it was really hot in the garage where the pool table was kept. Overall had a great stay.

Absolutely brilliant
From booking to departing, the property owner ensured that we had all the information/tips/support that we needed. The property has a very homely feel unlike those “allocated on arrival” villas when you book a package. The villa was very well equipped, clean and comfortable and on the doorstep of various eateries and shops. We cannot rate this home highly enough. Thank you Dave and Jan for helping us have such a memorable time, we will definitely be back!

Great Property and location
We enjoy the stay. House was great, heated pool and hot tub. Close to attractions but far enough to have peace and quit during the holiday's. Owner and property manager were great to work with and any small issues taken care of immediately. Would highly recommend this property.

Dave was so responsive throughout the booking process and so helpful! He provides a website link after you book and all the information provided was amazing! Joe was equally helpful, we had one issue during our stay and he took care of it quickly! He was so nice!! The house was clean, and had everything we needed! The pool and hot tub were amazing ..and we used it every day!! Thank you so much! Definitely hope to come back.

Great Vacation Visiting With Family IN Florida
Our experience at this rental was wonderful. Check in was as easy as it gets and communication was 100%. The home Is beautiful the pool and the hot tub are very relaxing. Joe the property manager was very helpful and we enjoyed our conversations when he stopped by to check in on us. We brought our granddaughter to see Florida for the first time! We had various family members visiting with us during our stay as we have family all over Florida. It was nice to be in a central location. At the end of our stay we had a glitch in our flight itinerary. Many thanks to Dave and Joe for being so accommodating to us! Cant wait until the next time! Nick, Korina and Kennadie! Great place to stay!
Comfortable beds! Well equipped. Clean (the one master bath shower doesn't drain quite right and could use some Comet Bathroom to get rid of stains but I didn't feel like it wasn't clean). Great game room. The key for the front door was tricky - it took us a couple of days to learn that pushing up on it made it work a lot better. The pool was clean and the heater worked well.

Another lovely stay
Smooth access to development and house. The house very clean. This was our second stay here and was nice to see upgrades, new living room furniture, dining chairs and carpeting. Grocery stores and restaurants are abundant and very close proximity. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Villa!
The property was just as listed. Clean and spacious. Loved the pool! Beautiful lights (very pretty at night) and nicely heated. We had one minor issue with the pool jets and the management was extremely responsive and kind. The kitchen has basic cooking/serving items. The electric kettle was very nice to have...I'm a hot tea lover. Thank you so much!! We would highly recommend this villa and gladly stay here again.

Great house for families with kids
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the property. The heated pool was a great for the kids. We found the house very clean. Only drawback was living room furniture. The furniture was a little bit rundown. The master bedroom mattress needed update. We will definitely consider staying again the next time we visit the area.
