“Friendly staff who were helpful. Big room with good heater. Difficult to find entrance to hotel. Water leaked from two places onto bathroom floor. 3 mornings in a row-- no water! No decorations-- very basic. Won't stay again.”

I was a bit anxious when driving there because the accommodation is fairly new and there were limited info online and was not really sure what to expect. “Pros - The rooms were extremely spacious and large. The view around the hotel was amazing with the river just along the property. The bathrooms were extraordinarily huge. Cons - the bathroom floors were marbel which during the period of december were almost unbearable to walk on barefoot. Otherwise highly recommend. ”

“We spent two sleepless nights because of the terrible noise. First night they had a big group of guests that arrived at 10.00 pm and they were screaming around until midnight. The next night the same big group left at 4.00 am and they were running and screaming around the camp for more than one hour. We asked for silence but nobody cared about! When finally the rude guests left the staff started to clean the tends close to ours so we were woken up again! It was a real nightmare! ”

“It’s ok for the price, but I don’t think I would stay there again. Breakfast is fine. Room had two broken plugs, didn’t solve the issue even though we had the only room occupied in the whole hotel. One day they didn’t make the room, no explanation given. I needed a taxi and the manager offered us a ride in his private car for double price. Crazy. Location is superb. ”

Every need was taken care of and flexibility in timings for meals was greatly appreciated. No shortcomings in services at all. “Most staff are teenager and young adult sillyhearts. They have no initiative. This property does not provide tour guides nor get you connected with one. Constant bathroom leaks and backfiring showerhead during my stay. Water flying all over the bathroom at any time! The take hours to reply by Whatsapp or room phone. You will not get your food for at least an hour. Literally caught staff hanging up the staff phone and dancing for social media. There's nothing around this property. Would be better...
