Beautiful place
I went with my mother and my two teenagers. This cottage was absolutely beautiful inside and out. There was everything a person could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The views of the river were my favorite. We hope to return soon.

Just what the doctor ordered!
Sip Into Sunset was a wonderful getaway! The cottage is well-stocked with just about everything you could imagine needing (except ice- bring that!) and the sunsets were *amazing*! The list of "favorite features" includes fenced yard for dogs, well-stocked kitchen and bar, comfy beds, lots of great places to hang out and enjoy the view- dock, screened porch, sunroom. Best memory is catching blue crabs off the dock on our last day and enjoying them for happy hour. Was a wonderful visit and we will definitely return! What a special place!

Great Getaway
Great property, everything was just as described in the listing, the house had everything we needed in it. The outdoor space was a huge hit for our kids who fished and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Plenty of sleeping space and linens available, house was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be back this summer!

Adorable cottage!
Uniquely decorated cottage with great retro touches, especially with the kitchen appliances. Awesome view of the water and sunsets. Fenced yard a big plus for dogs. Didn't use hot tub but a nice amenity. Lots of fun equipment provided - kayaks, biked, cornhole, air hockey table, etc.

Gorgeous spot!
Absolutely darling house, so comfortable and sweetly decorated! At every turn there’s a thoughtful, artful touch. We had a beautiful time on the dock - caught a few varieties of fish and quite a few crabs - relaxing with the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Gwynns Island is a hidden gem. Very quiet, with amazing water views. We had fun in the hot tub and around the fire pit, doing jigsaw puzzles in the lovely sunroom, cooking in the adorable and beautifully-outfitted kitchen. Really one of our very favorite rental stays, we can’t wait to return!

we really enjoyed our weekend stay at Sip into Sunset. The owners have thought of everything and put great detail into the property. The decor was fun and beachy, adding to the experience. Very clean and has everything you could need to cook and relax. Highly recommend if visiting Gwynn Island!

Amazingly Peaceful
The house was clean, and the property was well kept. My husband spent all his time on the dock fishing, we even caught crabs off the dock. (The house has a trap) also the house has video games kayaks etc. we came to this house to relax, and for 4 days that’s exactly what we did. We had our shihtzu with us and he also had fun lounging in the covered porch. I must add, the owners thought of the little things, which made out stay that much nicer. (Great job with the wok) See you again soon! Maybe in August

Awesome birthday celebration
Impressive entrance to like new, super clean and fresh scented rooms with spectacular views of the river and bay. Well organized kitchen with color coodinated fixtures and appliances. A well stocked "welcome package" amazed us. First time we have ever seen one so complete. Would highly recommend. "sip" to others. Only suggestions are: 1. Instruction guide for hot tub was missing. 2. Toilet seats were loose and really need tightening.. 3. some towels should be stored inside each bath for convenience. 4. Include need to strip beds in your check out guide. Only place this appears now is on a note in the coffee bar,

Private oasis
This is a lovely place to stay. The home is bright and and there's everything you need to have a wonderful time, including kayaks, life jackets, a hammock, hot tub and bikes. The kitchen is well stocked and it was hard to think of something we needed that wasn't there. The location is quiet and private with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy the view. Sunsets are spectacular and you are going to want to plan your day around sunset.

Perfect getaway paradise!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sip into Sunset. The attention to detail is amazing. The house is wonderfully decorated and includes so many little extras that made our stay even more special, right down to the Welcome basket which included a bottle of Prosecco. We rode the bikes around the island and then relaxed outside and took in the spectacular view. We will definitely return!

Beautiful and Peaceful
The property was thoughtfully decorated and stocked with the all the essentials as well as being super clean and cozy. We enjoyed the amazing sunsets, the fire pit, and the hot tub. The best part was waking up and hanging on the dock were we saw dolphins, stingrays, and crabs. An amazing stay!

Extremely clean, fun decor and the ladies have thought of everything to make your stay just over the top. Poo-pouri for the bathrooms, very well appointed kitchen, nice towels, toiletries, a new grill. AND, the sunsets! You will not be disappointed.
