“Property is in an excellent location in Kotor. It is within the city walks, very close to the start of the fortress walk and just steps way from the main squares and sights. Welcome was excellent and informative and room facilities as described. The double room had a shared kitchen (with one other room) which was well equipped and being right next to the room it was very handy. Good coffee machine too. Air conditioning was efficient and bathroom clean with a good walk in shower. A very enjoyable...
“About a 30 minute walk to old town. Just close enough to walk and just far enough that it’s quiet, the restaurants are not tourist traps and you can park your car.
Jovanna was wonderful at check-in, explaining everything about the property, how to get to town as well as food and tourist options.
Breakfast and pool area are great. The pool was our safe haven when the cruise ships made old town too busy and the temperatures reached 30+

“El hotel tiene poco tiempo y se ve nuevo y con estilo. Por desgracia la habitacion tiene un baño minimo y se oia el ruido continuo de sillas en el restaurante superior. El desayuno bien pero se habia acabado bastante comida y no quedaba sitio para sentarse al llegar y tocó esperar. La piscina estuvo los dos días sin poder usarse por mantenimiento y la impresora igual”

“This place is for my non picky travelers (just to sleep). It is located right in the heart of old town, minutes from the beach and bus station. Erdi was a great host and he was very accommodating, if you need anything, just ask. Good AC! Internet not so great so dont even think about working, just enjoy Kotor. PS. The Balkan breakfast he offers is delicious. PLUS: he has a very nice cafe minutes away. I would definitely come back if Im ever in Kotor again.”
“Negative experience. The room was dirty, facilities broken, e.g.: WC and sink were leaking water. When telling this to the host, he mentioned that rooms are cleaned every day, if that is true (which we do not believe), the standard of cleaning is equal to non-existent. Also he said that someone will be sent to solve the bathroom leakages, but it did not happen. ”

"I wouldn't stay there again; you can certainly find many better options in Kotor. Too noisy, no curtains on the windows, too many stairs, no parking, and the host is very polite but unsympathetic."
"Is a small cozy hotel. The room was confortable and big enough. The bathroom was ok, a bit small. The decoration is old style. the only negatives is that is too expensive for what it is, it takes 10 minutes walking pushing the troller through cobrestones, and does not have a reception room per se. Also I was placed next to the reception stand and was a bit noisy. But I guess that is what it takes to stay in the beautifull old city of kotor. The breakfast, as in all Montenegro, huge."
