Great Stay
Our stay was very nice and clean! Comfortable beds, ample room for the family. Plenty of board games and the host had many beach items available for use which was helpful, lots of TV choices between apps and Dish Network. The kitchen was stocked with everything your group will need! We were unsure about a Kuerig but this property had both. Great views of the beach as you are on 1st level of 16 levels with the first 3 levels being parking garage. The parking garage parking soots are tiny, and the elevator takes a while. However, we just walked up the stairs several times, no big deal. Easy check-in, would definitely stay here again. Very close to The Hangout and alot of other attractions. Beach was cleaned daily, notices maintenance people cleaning pools everyday, great place!

Loved it
Great location. Appreciated all the sand toys and beach chairs! The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and the beach was beautiful. The pools are a bit small, but we spent most of our time on the beach so that wasn’t an issue for us.

Much needed Getaway
Property is in a great location and was as advertised on the app. Great balcony views of the beach and Gulf. Lots of marine life viewed. Great availability of apps on Family Room TV. Very responsive ownership to an issue with the disposal. Now the negatives. The floors were not cleaned well at all and the couch needs more cushioning. But, that's it. Everything else was awesome, especially the stocked kitchen (holy cow). Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, very crowded
The condo was nice. The pictures of the pool are misleading, it is TINY. Also, the baby pool is so close to the building that people can throw things off of their balconies into the baby pool. Also, there is a walkway and two fences between the pool and the slash pad, so you can't have kids at both at the same time. The two elevators were not enough to handle all the traffic. I had a cart one time and had to wait for three elevators. Fortunately we were on the 4th floor, so not too many steps if we parked on the 3rd floor. The beach was beautiful, but very crowded. People would go out at 5:30 am to save their spots with their chairs. Sea and suds was amazing food and service. It was really nice to be on the beach. The balcony was really big. We would come over during the hot part of the day and just sit on the balcony. It was shaded and breezy, just perfect. The company was great. Very responsive and helpful.

Family beach trip
We loved the location and amenities of this condo. Easy walk to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. The balcony is oversized with nice furniture. The sofa bed is pretty uncomfortable but we used extra blankets to cushion it. The condo is clean and the management is very responsive to requests. The elevators were not usable with long lines all day so the 4th floor location is great to park on 3 and walk up. Great stay!!

Great little condo, property management ruins it.
Overall our stay was decent but the property management company was a bit of a mess. The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. We arrived pretty early the day of check-in around Noon (check in wasn’t until 4pm) and we were allowed to swim at the pool until our room was ready. We received a text exactly at 4pm stating that our room was ready. All of us (3 adults and 6 kids) were more than excited to get into our room after an 11hr drive. When we got to our room housekeeping was still in the room, she stated that she never told the property management company that the room was ready nor would she be done until closer to 4:30 however she felt bad and let us get into the condo to drop our things off. We were unpacking while housekeeping was still trying to finish up and finally around 4:45 I told her to just stop. We weren’t that worried about the floors being mopped etc. I did text the property management company as well that stated they were sorry and we could access the room. When we told the housekeeping lady that we had been there since Noon she stated that the management company didn’t not relay that to her at all and that if she would have known she would have gotten the room finished earlier so we could have accessed it for early check-in. Management was aware we were there at Noon and even had us check back around 2:30 to which they said it wouldn’t be ready until normal check-in. The fact that the management company did not communicate at all with house-keeping was a little upsetting. To further the disappointment with management the next day we got ready for our beach day just to find out that the beach cart was no where to be found. We contacted management who said they would have a cart up as soon as possible…. That was a few hours later mid-day when they dropped it off. Again overall we are disappointed with the property management company and not the condo itself but unfortunately next time will be looking else where for our next stay.

Condo Review
This condo was in a great location. Would think for the cost of the condo there would be toilet paper, dish detergent, not enough trash bags, paper towels provided. Also, one light was burned out in the Master bedroom. Would of been nice to have a pet friendly condo for small dogs as there were 3 dogs seen from the other condos is this building. A pet deposit for damage would be a benefit.

Fantastic Family Vacation on the Beach!
Condo was very clean and easy to access on the 4th floor with parking on the 3rd floor ramp. Beach was amazing and very easy to get to with kids and sand toys etc. We had a wonderful vacation here making many memories!

Amazing Stay
I cannot saw enough good things about this place. It was clean and appreciative of all of the extras included. Location was wonderful, the views were wonderful and loved that they had a wagon, chairs and beach toys available. For our first trip, this was a perfect place in the middle of everything. The group was responsive. Highly recommend.

This condo was amazing! It was stocked beyond our expectation with all the thinfs needed in the kitchen, toys, beach chairs and more. The view was amazing and the staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Only complaints were that the fridge was very noisy and the master bed was very firm but this would not keep us from staying again! We loved it!

Excellent views & super easy
The only negative I can give for this property would be the fact that the heated pool definitely wasn’t heated while we were down for the week, and the sofa in the family room is low and you kinda sink into it…I’m 6’3” so that was a struggle for me. Other than that, we had an amazing time!! If you’re gonna cook much, bring salt/pepper/oil/etc we totally didn’t think of those things. Bring a couple trash bags(they start you with 2 in the kitchen and 1 in each bathroom) and bring your own TP(they start you with 1 roll per bathroom). The view was great from the balcony, not very noisy at all. Great location!! Checking in and out was a breeze!! Highly recommend!!

Not heated pool
I literally only chose this condo because it advertised having a heated pool for our late October, early November stay. The pool WAS NOT heated. I contacted the property management about this, and they said it didn’t have a heated pool. So I sent them two documents showing where they advertised it had a heated pool. Then they said they would contact the condo’s HOA. The HOA said the pool was “heated” but since it was so cold outside (70) that it didn’t feel heated. It most definantly WAS NOT heated at all. The pool water was maybe 50’ degrees. Very very disappointed since this was the ONLY reason I chose this property. We will not be back again nor use this management service for other condos in the area again because misleading and false advertisement of their property.
