· Hermosa cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito.

· Mesa de comedor para dos con vista al Golfo.

· Cama de matrimonio, televisión de pantalla plana y un acogedor ambiente de playa que recibe a los huéspedes en el dormitorio principal, que no tiene puerta de privacidad.

· Combinación de ducha y bañera y tocador de granito en el baño principal.

· Preciosa vista del Golfo con asientos y mesa para dos.

Parking Fee
After I paid for my stay in full, On the day before my stay I received an e mail to pay an additional 50.00 for parking fee. During my first night someone kept knocking on our door late that night. We had no way to contact the front desk or security from our unit's phone.

Awesome
It was a great. The only thing is, there needs to be no smoking signs on the balcony. The people staying next to me sat on the balcony and smoked. We called many times and it never stopped. We were only able to sit on our balcony once for a very short time. Big no smoking signs need to be posted outside.

The unit was well maintained: comfortable bed and furniture, well stocked kitchen/appliances, nice balcony chairs, good a/c. Location is great! Very walkable to restaurants and shopping. Drive easy to everywhere. Property: beach great, property and grounds well maintained. Personnel/on-site: personable and pleasant, very knowledgeable about area. Wish: small table for balcony, different TV service (do not like DISH)

High Price, But Otherwise Great Stay
I felt the price paid for this property was a little excessive for the size, but it was right before a holiday weekend. That said, Pros: - Easy access to beach, short walk and no issues with finding room - Pool was nice and no issues - Cozy little 1BDR apt feel with decent amenities (ie. TV, Cookware, Movies, etc.) - Perfect size for my daughter and I - Location was great, not too noisy, and walking distance to The Hangout - Comfy Queen size bed - Ample parking Cons: - Too small for more than 2 people - No door separation between bedroom and rest of condo - Bedroom is at the front side of condo, so all foot traffic to elevators is RIGHT OUTSIDE the window - Right next to elevators, so can hear people coming and going - No darkening shades in bedroom, only a translucent curtain. Had to hang extra blanket over window to get any darkness from sunlight or night time lights. - No exhaust in bathroom for shower humidity or other - Very difficult to get full functionality of TV (ie. changing inputs or menu settings) with supplied Dish TV remote - High floor, so long elevator wait times during busy hours Overall, I would recommend this to a couple or parent and child for a great experience. As stated, the price was a bit excessive for the size, but the memories made are priceless and we had a wonderful time!

Perfect for just the two of us. Everything was very comfortable and clean. Walking distance to Bahama Bob’s, Sea -n- Suds, Hangout. Great view from the balcony and comfy tall Adirondack chairs. Top floor so no noise from footsteps overhead. We will definitely try this one again!

We had a great time at this condo. The easy beach access was great. Finding a parking spot at the condo was very simple. Our condo was very clean and had the stuff provided we needed for the week. The view from our balcony was perfect.

Anniversary Trip
This condo is on the 8th floor with a spectacular balcony view of the ocean. It was close to everything. As a matter of fact, we walked everywhere. We saw dolphins and schools of fish and there were binoculars in the room (because we forgot ours). The beach is only a walk away and the noise was minimal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. COVID measures were also in place so masks were worn on the elevators and in the corridors. There were hand sanitizer units at each elevator. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. The kitchen is stocked with everything even a crock pot and blender.

Very nice, clean condo.
We walked into a very nicely decorated and clean room. Cleanliness is very important to my wife and I so we were very happy about that. The room had everything you would need to spend some time away from home. Our only negative was one of the elevators was out of service for most of our stay but it wasn't that big a problem. However I do think it could have and should have been repaired promptly.

A Needed Get Away
This condo was very cute and clean. The view was gorgeous however the balcony was not at all private. The person next to you could easily hop over the wall and be on your balcony. You could also hear their conversations very loudly. Also there was no public restroom by the pool, which meant waiting on the elevator to go to your room. Not convenient. We enjoyed our stay.
