Beautiful home with great water views
There were 12 of us, adult friends and family, who made our first trips to the coast of Alabama. the house is beautifully decorated and perfect for folks who ALL want their own bathroom. We spent a lot of time on the back deck. Bring your own shampoo - none there.

First time Gulf Shores
We had a fantastic time. Eventide was so nice and equipped with everything you needed and in good condition. Found plenty to do for our group of 21. Can not stress how important it was to have two refrigerators, stoves and dishwashers. Plan to visit again.

Great Group location
We had a group of friends and families stay and had the best time. The lagoon was a game changer with young kids since you didn’t have to worry about the big waves and the walk to the beach was fairly easy. We enjoyed the house and plan to rent again next year for our group.

Perfect vacation house
We wouldn’t have changed anything about this house. It was very spacious giving each family their space. The kitchen and dining area were very spacious with all dishes, pots and pans needed to cook any meal. Our family would definitely use this house again!

Eventide Escape
The property was exactly as listed. The kitchen was spectacular. Our grandchildren loved the pool . We spent a lot of time at the lagoon beach kayaking and paddle boarding. The ocean beach was just a short walk and never crowded. We would definitely stay again.

Everything we thought it would be and more!
We had a great week, the house was well stocked, the location is great and away from the busy areas. Stunning sunrises and sunsets from the deck! Views of the water on both sides, double stoves, double fridges and double dishwasher all were great. Grown-ups and kids enjoyed everything about it!

We had our cousins vacation with 24 from 6 different states. Could not have asked for a more amazing place to stay! The kitchen essentials are top notch, ice machines life saviors, pool area was center of our day, and has set up couldn’t be better. Definitely recommend this place!

Picture Perfect!
I knew as soon as I stepped into Eventide we were at home. This is such a beautifully appointed beach house with everything we could have possibly wanted for cooking, eating, and beaching. The location is amazing with the bay just out the back door and the ocean just steps from the front of the house. Convenient to restaurants and entertainment it was perfect for the whole family from 18 months to 80 years old. Eventide is beautiful, extremely clean, and well furnished; I cannot wait to Book for next summer! Thank you Charles!

Excellent house!!
My large family, which ranges from 5 months-80’s, all had the best time at Eventide! This house is spectacular. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We spent most of our time on the large deck where there is plenty of seating, a pool and grill. We loved being on the lagoon to fish and swim and it was shallow enough for the little ones. The walk to the gulf was not bad and directly across the street from the house. It was nice to have both options. Checkin was a breeze and the owner was readily available if we had needed anything. Eventide was exactly what our family needed for a week long vacation!

Beautiful house with everything you need!
We travel as a family once a year. There’s 11 of us of all age ranges. This house had the perfect floor plan for our family. The lagoon beach area was quiet, private and had plenty of sea life for us to enjoy. We kayaked and paddle boarded, played in the sand and had the best vacation yet. The beach access was across the street and although we’ve never not stayed beach front, we did not miss it one bit. The pool located right outside the main living area made life with a toddler so much easier. The view from every room was beautiful. Charles was quick to respond to all of my questions and made check in super easy on us. 10/10 experience!!

Perfect house for our extended family vacation
This house was perfect for our large extended family. Came with double oven/stoves, double refrigerator, and double dishwasher. Plenty of pace for littles to nap, kids to play and adults to hang out. We had a beautiful view of the sunset in the lagoon and close to the beach.

Awestruck from the moment we walked in the door! This is an amazingly beautiful home. As our guest all arrived at different times, we thoroughly enjoyed seeing each reaction as the way came in. The elevator was such a smart thing to do. Most of our family were in their 70s & 80s so coming up and down and unloading luggage was so much easier. Getting to the gulf was a bit of a hike over the dunes, but we all made it! If we decide to do a large family gathering like this again we would absolutely book again!

This place is perfect! The kids loved the heated pool and fishing in the private lagoon, the house has everything you need and the beach is just across the street. We loved that the beach was private and quiet away from the busy crowd.

LOVED THIS HOUSE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We absolutely loved this house! This was our first vacation to Gulf Shores and it couldn’t have went any more perfect. We had a few hiccups in the beginning but Charles was replying right away and getting everything ready for us. He was spectacular at communication! The home is BEAUTIFUL! We had a very large group and many kids and it was MORE than enough room. The kids loved having the pool and fishing in the lagoon. The beach is a quick walk across the street and very relaxing and calm. The drive into the shops and restaurants is quick and easy. We felt very at home and safe in this location and can’t wait to return to gulf shores again!

Excellent property
For a brand new property, it was very clean and the process from start to finish was really easy. Plenty of room to spread out with sand right behind you and the beach right across the street. Not far from all the activity. I would highly recommend this property and with the one issue we had, the owner contacted us immediately and had it resolved within minutes.
