Great Vacation Getaway
We absolutely loved the condo! Right on the beach. The balcony view was the absolute best! Everything was clean and had plenty of room. We will definitely stay here again!

Would not stay again
The floors made our kids feet black within the first 20 minutes of being there. The bedroom with the king is HOT. Doesn’t get enough air at all. The garbage disposal doesn’t work and when running the dishwasher it backs up into the sink. There was also still garbage in the room from the people before us. We contacted the property management and they did talk to me but no one ever came.

We will most definitely stay again…but…
I generously rate cleanliness a 3.5. I could have easily given this condo a four rating for cleanliness because I felt satisfied as I walked through unpacking. There were some Koolaide or juice drips in the refrigerator, which is really not that big of a deal. However, when I went to check out the dining table there was shredded cheese and chip crumbs all over. It seemed that someone must have enjoyed Taco Tuesday the day before we checked in...the cheese had not yet gotten hard. Clearly the table cloth had not been cleaned or replaced before our arrival. The tablecloth was thrown in the floor with the dirty linens on our departure. I don’t get grossed out over this type of thing so we will be back. Maybe there aren’t enough housekeepers staffed; regardless, there might need to be a checklist for each unit or a walkthrough before it’s ready for the next guest.

Liked the property
Liked the condo and location. But would like to speak with someone about the elevator issues for two days. Made it rather hard with elderly grandparents to get to the 8ths floor

Enjoyed our stay but...
Couldn't get living room or bedroom TVs to work, ceiling light in master didn't work, a necessary part of the coffee maker was missing. I called to report lights and TVs, they said they would send someone but we never heard from or saw anyone. We were able to get main TV to work when we found the remote under the couch when we opened the sofabed. Other than that, the location was great, and it was a very quiet place right on the beach.

The Perfect Spot
Condo just as described great location and very nice! Would recommend to friends and would stay there again The Perfect Spot close to several attractions,restaurants, shops and the ocean is at your back door!! You could ask for a better location

not satisfied
The location is great and view is beautiful but the condo itself needs a lot of updating and is not the cleanest. The garbage disposal did not work so food got backed up, there is missing wood around the edges of the door, one of the closet doors did not work, anda ceiling fan was wobblt. And while they warned me there was construction they did not notify me that my entire side ocean view would be blocked!
