Honeymoon
Went here for a little quiet retreat before our honeymoon started. Bare bones were good. Had minor issues. 1 out of the two elevators needed mechanical work so that was slightly annoying when they shut it down given rooms on the 10th floor. Also key code stopped working 1 hour before checkout, luckily we never left together to load up. Views were amazing from balcony. Beach was steps away. Unfortunately they were doing construction during morning hours on pool area so that was kinda noisy so didn’t get to enjoy that as much as we would of liked. The quiet relaxation was nice but wouldn’t go here if you’re a party type. Notices around building constantly warned about noise and 1 warning policy about being asked to leave. Don’t know how serious they take it but seemed a little excessive so heads up. Also bring toiletries. You’re given 1 roll toilet paper/paper towels and 1 mini bottle of shampoo/conditioner/soap. Bring extra if staying more than weekend. If not there’s an convenience store across the street.

Good except….
Last day here when I went out to pack the car, I came back to the room for more luggage and the door code would not work! My phone and all information was still inside unit. I had no way to contact anyone. The sign on the condo unit said Young’s Suncoast realty and their office was on the third floor but they didn’t open until 9. At least I had my wallet and car keys so my wife and I went to eat breakfast.I noticed a truck getting gas with Youngs Sun coast realty sign and went to ask him for help. He said sure and would meet me at the condo unit. After we arrived he noticed that they didn’t manage the unit we were in and he couldn’t help us get in but he didn’t leave us high and dry. He called and found someone with a master key to let us in.Thank you to the employee from Sun Coast realty!!!

The condo as a great location , the beach steps away, the pool area is large. The pillows are all old and flat so bring your own. The couch pullout bed was not comfortable if you plan on using it.There were also no area rugs anywhere, it is all tile which is slippery when wet and sandy. as wellThepullout

Gulf Shores Gem
My family and I loved our stay in Gulf Shores Boardwalk. Perfectly appointed condo on the 10th floor. Parking was easy. Access to the beach and our view were fantastic! Some great restaurants were a very short drive from the condo. I would recommend staying here.

Comfortable Room
Our stay was from Monday till Thursday---we were given all of the info we needed to do an easy checkin . Got to the room and it was cleaned and ready for us with everything being in it's place. Beds were comfortable and slept well each night. We didn't take much time for the TV but did enjoy a Sunset Dolphin boat ride and a deep sea fishing trip. Would stay there again if in Gulf Shores.

In need of beach time!!
It was perfect for us. Not big enough for more people. Within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store. Our main goal was to relax on the beautiful beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will be back.

Everything was great !
We enjoyed our stay, The condo was as described ,with everything we needed it appears to have been recently updated and was nicely appointed. Location was convenient, within walking distance to several restaurants (also had a super convenient market across the street . If there was anything we would change it would be access to a bathroom by the pool . BUT, that not withstanding, would definitely recommend this property.

Awesome place to stay!
Condo seems to have been renovated in the kitchen and bath! It was beyond clean and beautiful. We had an awesome time and will definitely stay there again. The only drawback was the patio furniture needs updating. The cushions were very worn and the table and chairs were somewhat wobbly. The mattress slept great but the headboard needs to be attached to the frame. Every time one of us would turn over it hit the wall. Improvised and put a pillow between it and the wall! Lol Those were the only two things and they were minor issues! Can’t wait to go back again!

Returning guests
This is our second summer in a row returning to Boardwalk 1084. Last year our only complaint was the outdoor furniture so this year we came prepared with our own chairs. But this year our major complaint is the bed! It was awful this year. It’s a metal frame that creeks so bad when one of us moved, the other was woken up. We did not get a good night sleep the entire week we were there. The bed needs replaced! When we arrived none of our initial supplies were in the condo. Luckily we brought supplies with otherwise we would have had no TP when we First got there. It was corrected the following morning but I Ped of advice, check for TP before sitting down ;) Overall the condo is still lovely but we aren’t willing to pay this rate for a place with that uncomfortable of a bed in the future.

Nice weekend getaway
Clean place. The bed was comfortable. Only thing i would recommend is a sound machine in the bedroom. It’s right next to the elevator and you can hear outside noises at times if the A/C is not blowing. Overall great stay with a convenient restaurant right on the beach.

Disappointing
The mattress was in poor condition as were the pillows. The balcony furniture is rusted and unable to sit on the balcony. The toilet handle had a chip broken out which was on the floor when we checked in. My husband called to have it fixed and in the 2 weeks we were there no one came to repair it.

Perfect location and view
Stick with me for full review:) My first VRBO experience. The sight was not easy to book with VRBO. My card would get charged but then VRBO would respond with an error message. Super frustrating. After multiple calls, VRBO kept saying "try later". The host on the other hand, was absolutely excellent and helpful. They helped me get it booked for the dates selected and gave me information for my stay. She also provided tips for me and made me get so excited for my first time to the beach. Her name was Schasta and she is an asset to the company! Thank you, Schasta for your warm and helpful time. On to the property. I stayed in 1084. Right off the elevator on top floor. A little noisy by the entry level but nothing unacceptable for spring break. ***Stunning view*** of the gulf. Uou do see the roof of sea-n-suds...but just look past it;) Super clean! Had everything you would need to prepare a meal with the the exception of food ands seasonings. My only complaint is that the bed was horribly uncomfortable. Slanted to the middle and down at the pillow area. I finally slept with my head at the foot of the bed the last night. I did receive a phone call during my last day to an availability of other room questions to lengthen my stay and did express my concern of the mattress needing to be replaced. She did state she would get the info to the proper person. Shower was nice, hot water does run out quickly. Quick elevator ride down to ground level walk past pool straight out to the beach. Also, security is great at making sure you are a guest to park there. They are also so helpful with questions and give great ideas for food and things to do during your stay. All in all besides the bed, I really enjoyed the cleanliness, location and views from this property. Will stay again♡

LAST MINUTE PERFECTION!
We were pleasantly surprised with this unit. It is decorated very nicely, and has a great balcony with a wonderful view! It has tall chairs so the top railing does not block your view of the Gulf. It has all you need for a great stay, including the Sea-n-Suds! i-Trip, property manager, resolved all our issues efficiently. __We are 2-month snowbirds, but didn't think we could come this year. When we were able to get away, we were blessed to find this at literally the last minute!
