Very bad experience and very disappointed for the HK Customer Service -
When I booked the room, I selected "pay in the hotel", but the Hotels.com already charged me for the room fee immediately. This is NOT NORMAL! Normally it should be authorization only, instead of a real charge!
Then when I checked out the hotel, hotel charged me again.
When I called the HK Customer Service, the people was not helpful, not polite. Through the email communication, they said the HOTEL will refund me in 7-15 days.
Now it's 7 days away from my check-out and 19 days away from my booking, I haven't got the refund! And I don't know when I will be refund!
Very bad!
