Great Central Coast Home!
Great home! So much space! Stayed with 4 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 2). Master is huge and had plenty of room for our pack-and-play/slumber pod for toddler. Twin room great for kids! Down stairs room perfect adult couple with en suite bathroom. Roof top was amazing to watch the sunset and morning coffee. Short drive to the beach. Donut shop two blocks away. As well as grocery store. We were attending an event in SLO and this was just perfect for our family. Looking forward to booking again. Wish we would have stayed one more day!

Cute Family House
Just wanted to remind you about the awesome new house we checked out. It's got a great layout and is in a super convenient location. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes or ride a bike there in just 5 minutes. There's a Vons grocery store just a 5-minute walk away. I totally recommend the place!

Very clean and quiet area. Rooftop retreat is awesome! Great location for where ever you are going when visiting the central coast. Vons grocery store in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Great set up
We stayed here for Cal Poly Graduation weekend. Great set up and location, The house feels brand new, is warm and welcoming with a great family room/kitchen/dinning area where everyone can hang out. The rooftop area is really nice also.

Great house with nice rooftop & fire pit
We were in town with family for a memorial service and this house worked perfectly. It is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop with fire pit. My only complaint is the kitchen table is very small for a group.

Family getaway
We needed a change of scenery and found this amazing place! We are a family of five and this house was super clean and comfy. The location is great! We visited nearby cities but also enjoyed just hanging at the house, playing games and reading books. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this house!

Loved everything about this place - everything felt new and clean like a hotel and the place had everything we needed - especially loved the rooftop and kitchen! Close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants as well. Definitely would want to come back to this place for another trip!

Great Property!
This is an outstanding house for the Pismo/SLO/Edna area's. We rented it to attend a wedding in Edna. The house looks new, is very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The living room upstairs with connected kitchen is welcoming and great place to hang out and play games. Master bedroom is large with comfortable bed (upstairs). The rest of the bedrooms are downstairs, all with comfortable beds. Very nice bath and showers both up and down stairs. The home is a stone's throw from Pismo and a very easy drive to Edna and SLO. If we had more time, we would have made use if the upstairs patio and view as well. Owner was attentive, responsive and kind. Highly recommend this home!

Perfect stay
We had a great time in Grover Beach and at the house. It was perfect for us - myself and my husband, my mom, our two teen boys and 10 year old daughter. We all had our own space and it was fantastic. The roof deck was wonderful and we spent a lot of time there. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the grill as well. We will stay there again when we are in the area next.

Home Away from Home
The house was well stocked, with everything we needed for a getaway stay. The house was spotless and had great amenities. The house is in a central location; we were in the middle of everything, from the beach to the grocery store and freeway access. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms made it great for large groups. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful house
We had a great stay. The property was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed for my son’s graduation and had a nice dinner afterwards with just the family and a few of my sons closest friends. So we took advantage of the well equipped kitchen and later watched the sunset from the roof top deck. We would recommend this house.

Everything you want at your home away from home
The house is neat and the host has really thought of everything : The kitchen was super well-equipped, a comfortable living room with concise instructions on how to use the TV remote, comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms with plenty of towels and toiletries, info about local attractions & restaursnts, a grill and an awesome rooftop deck! The owner was friendly and promptly answered our questions about recycling and where to charge my brother's electric car. The beach is about a 20 min walk and only a short drive from the house. Even my pickiest siblings were happy. I heartily recommend this property. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful sunsets in Grover Beach
The host Randy is great, easy communication, gets back to you right away. This Grover Beach house is brand new, very clean and stocked with all that you will need. Great location, close to amenities, close to the Pismo Dunes entrance and the Monarch Butterfly sanctuary. We had a wonderful time on the rooftop deck where we watched amazing sunsets every evening. We will be back for sure!
