“Elevator was out the whole time of our stay. Had to use the staff elevator which was in poor condition. Then even the staff elevator was out. Manager was not accommodating - claimed he did not know. We were on the 5th floor (highest floor) so had to go down 10 flights of stairs - and the lights were out in the staircases. Had to use phone flashlights. We were in the Diamond Club which we paid more for exclusivity and highest accommodations. My mom was a bad foot so she was bound to the room most...

“Nice hotel, very clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Beachfront property, but while there the water was a dirty color closet to the shore, probably due to the rain. Very remote location which is good and bad depending on the day…relaxing days it was good but to leave the property required transportation which meant hiring car service starting at $25USD each way and more depending on how far you’re headed. The area is not walkable. As many others have stated this is not the best place...
