Make sure you have their phone number because the hotel is on the second floor and the security officer at the entrance is not authorized to use the lift to allow you to go up to the floor. “The location of the hotel is amazing. only 2 minutes walking to arcadia. The rooms are the worst in my life, they look like a very poor hotel, i stayed for 4 nights and they never clean the room. The hotel staff very bad. all of them very angry all the time”
