We stayed for three nights in this cozy, quiet cabin and thought it was a great home base for our Greer trip. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood with cabins spread apart. It was just enough space for me, my husband, and our 5 year old. It had just enough comforts of home while still feeling like you are in the woods. The two bedrooms are similarly sized with queen beds. The only downside we noted was that one of the beds dipped in the middle with two adults laying in it. The kitchen was stocked with the pots, pans, and utensils we needed to cook meals. There is a Kuerig machine and a full-sized fridge. There is a gas grill on the little porch and a hammock in the yard.
We learned that the cabin is part of The Lost Resorts, which has several cabins of different sizes and styles. The grouping of cabins that this property is located in (Aspens) is a short walk and across Main Street from the main office and amenities. There is a restaurant/lodge and three fishing ponds that belong to The Lost Resorts. We stopped by the office a couple of times for local recommendations and the staff were so kind and helpful. They helped us get same-day kayak reservations delivered to the local lake of our choice. My husband and daughter did some fishing in their ponds on our last day. No permit is required for the ponds, just non-barbed hooks and catch-and-release only. We really enjoyed what The Lost Resorts had to offer and would like to stay at one of their properties in the future.
