“My husband and I went away for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Monica has done a wonderful job making the space not only lovely to look at but also very comfortable and relaxing. Although there isn't an oven, there are plenty of appliances to make simple food and coffee/tea. She was great at reaching out to answer any questions or help if needed. We had the best weather, the trees were so colorful and we enjoyed hiking and exploring the area. ”

“This was the perfect little spot downtown, within walking distance of shopping and eating. The updated apartment was clean and had everything you needed for a short stay! You will have a little walk from your parking spot and up tbe stairs but that is noted and not bad at all. Having a designated spot is a plus! Denise was easy to reach and answered any questions we had. ”

“Stayed here for a wedding and it was very comfortable and convenient to downtown. Easy check in process and communication from host, Elijah. ”

“Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.”

“My husband and I found the accommodations lived up to the photos. The property was cute, clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Yet it was a short stroll to the heart of downtown and the Reedy River Swamp Rabbit Trail. Plenty of great restaurants, parks, art galleries and if you’re into baseball, Fluor Field is only a 10 min walk away. Will definitely revisit this property if we come to Greenville again.
