“A great place to return to after a busy day out. I was looking for a place to relax and this home was PERFECT! Listening to the water out the back was a wonderful addition to my morning coffee on the deck. Richard and Diane are wonderful hosts and were available my entire time for anything I needed and were more than helpful with my needs. A wonderful stay and highly recommend!”

“We stayed only 2 short nights, but it really was perfect! The weather allowed us to enjoy the screen porch and windows open all night to hear the river and falls -- so relaxing and quite magical!! We were able to fish a little and take some nice walks around the property with our dog -- no leash, its so nice!! “From my last minute booking request until we departed, we had nothing short of an amazing stay. The cabin has a very nice layout, nice kitchen and awesome wraparound porch! We stayed in Sept and the nights were nice and cool to relax in the hot tub. Even the drive to the cabin was gorgeous with the tall grasses lining the road. It has been our favorite place to stay and we will definitely return! Thank you so much for hosting us!”

“Everything is like new. Never used a hot tub before and Melissa texted me the instructions to get it in the correct mode for usage. The washer/dryer was a little too high tech for us. “We booked the Cabin before we knew that the hurricane Helene would hit the area. I must point out that for the whole week before we arrived, Roy (owner) was in contact with us and helped us and brought us all the options. We decided that we did want to come, and it was the best decision we made. May gave us all the information and was in contact with us during our stay. “The house is clean and the outdoor areas are private. It sits in a small yard in the woods on a steep hillside with a creek across the traffic-free road.
