“Great hotel, very clean, comfy bed nice big room, lots of parking and very convenient to train station and bus also walker able to the shops, nice heat pool, big gym which I didn’t have time to use it, great food too. Great staff very friendly and helpful and thanks for the compliment I had in my room ( soft drinks for the 5 days ) I was staying. I had a great time staying in Novotel Hotel, I highly recommended to everyone.”

“Unfortunately, due to a problem in the reservations system, our reservation appeared as cancelled and the hotel was fully booked. Hotel owners did everything possible to find a similar accomodation. They were a model of kindness and professionality and gave us an accomodation more expensive and they paid the difference of price. I regret we could not stay at the hotel, but, no doubt, this wil be our choice hotel if we return to Katoomba and we will recommend it to all our friends and colleagues.”

“El hotel no esta mal, pero el servicio de aseo es más que pésimo en las habitaciones, el servicio de housekeeping es terrible las camareras solo entran y estiran las cobijas, no limpian el baño no limpian el piso y la loza q sumistran no la lavan. ”

“Enjoyed using the gym on site. Not hot enough to swim but the pool looked lovely. Staff were all very pleasant. Close to Metro and shops, and ample on sire parking.”
