“The apartment location, concierge, and overall cleanliness was great. However, several appliances (toaster was there but the parts were missing, washer making banging sounds during use,etc.) were broken and/or unusable, walls and furniture looked worn and in many cases dirty - we found stains on the sofa cushions (unclear whether they had been cleaned) + stains on the bedding which were only partially cleaned- and it was difficult to get anyone to respond to concerns. “The facility is clean and well-maintained. The location is also convenient, making it easy to attend conferences at the Walter Washington Convention Center. With two rooms featuring double beds and a sofa, it comfortably accommodated three men. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with various utensils, making cooking and dining hassle-free.”

“Give yourself to park when you come in, finding a spot can be tough, but it’s great having a parking pass to use! I didn’t realize how to turn up the temp night 1 (use the remote on both heaters!!!) but they promptly fixed it the next afternoon. Would be happy staying here again! ”

“This is our Go To place to stay on Capitol Hill. We have stayed here several times, and don't see any reason to stay anywhere else! The location is awesome, two blocks from Eastern Market and close to the Metro Station. And Mark and Amy are great hosts. We're already booked to stay here again!”

“Property was as advertised. We had a slight problem on check-in but the host was responsive and had the problem fixed by early the following morning. The apartment was nicely updated and comfortable. ”
