We had to exit our car to walk to the two adjacent houses to find the house we rented. Once in the driveway the flood lights come on.The rental unit is in the back of the house. There was no lighting on the pathway to the back of the house. The dark pathway was covered by bushes/trees making it impossible to see what may be lurking ahead or what or who would greet you in...

“Wonderful cozy place on the east side of Grass Valley - close to town, right by a trailhead for a great state park (Empire Mine), plus worked out well for the forestry workshop I attended in the area. Easy to check in, great living area, nice bed, great water pressure in the shower - plus a great setting with pines all around. Would definitely book this place again the nest time I am in that area”

“We last minute booked a couple of nights here. It’s a great little apartment above a big double garage. Owner lives in the home with his family and they were very quiet. The place was easy to find, marked parking spot and signs to take us in the right direction and right upstairs. Beautiful, clean and modern little place! Very happy with our stay. We never used the pool but the pool area looked very nice. I would stay again!”
