However, I must say the check-in process was the easiest I’ve come across, clear instructions and codes made it seamless. The room was a delight and had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be using Urban again!”

“Clean and well kept in a great location - staff excellent friendly and efficient - lively and busy bank holiday week end. Some good local beers (Nethergate) Just a suggestion - car park could benefit from in/out signs - there seems to be an accepted entrance but someone came in in the other way which led to a lot of reversing to resolve. Pleasant stay - would use again. ”
