“Through no fault of the property, we didn't have enough space in our room (they indicated that the room fit 4 people comfortably, and it did in theory but our 2 boys were too large to share the queen size fold out). Instead of saying there was nothing they could do, they remedied the problem by assuring we had enough space. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the on-site restaurant (the burger was one of the best I've ever had). I would say this is not an ideal hotel for larger families...

“Location was great and loved being on the lake other than that we had issues. The floors were not swept or mopped. We swept and mopped. Baseboards were dirty as well as the mantel. Smoke detectors were beeping. Someone dropped off batteries at 4am so we had to replace. Air was very musty so we pulled the a/c filters out and they were filthy. We cleaned. Clean comforters were on the floor in the closet. Washer and dryer were in the basement which was very creepy, cluttered and damp with poor...

“We found the cabin very inviting & comfortable. If you are tall, be careful upstairs with the slanted ceiling! Bed was comfortable, we went right to sleep! Stairs are narrow, thankful for handrail! “My extended family has been gathering together somewhere each summer for the last 30+ years. This year we chose this property. It was a great venue for us. The big pool was the main draw as always and having the cover was wonderful in the rain. The lodges were clean and welcoming and accommodated our crowd well. There were two issues we encountered but the Leah was easy to reach and had the property manager working on them promptly. Overall excellent property.”
