Cold and impersonal
Empty beautiful with no personality and extremely understocked. Clearly a moneymaker but not set up for a customer experience. Constantly made aware that there are charges for anything left undone or left on. Start dishwasher, strip beds, start laundry? Yes, I would have helped anyway but the clearly nervous owner made it a worry. Would not rent again

Great place for a large group to hang out
We were in town for my neice's bat mitzvah and washed a house with space for all of the or of town guests to hang out. The house was perfect. My only complaint was a lack of soap and shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms and barely enough toilet paper for a group of 8 people

Perfect for Family Stay
You won't regret renting this house. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Communication with the hostess was easy. Our grown children are married and every couple needs a separate room. Lots of living space for everyone. My 3 year old grand child was with us. The river and pool are pretty and also well fenced off so young children do not have easy access.

Property was amazing and we had a great time. I still rate it a 5 however the BBQ couldnt be used due to neglect and it could use some window coverings in the upstairs master bedroom.

Gigi has the most beautiful home. It is everything the description shows and more. She’s very responsive very nice and the home is unbelievable and we absolutely love every thing about it. We will keep coming back as long as she keeps renting it.

Family fun in Grants Pass
We were a family of 10. The house is light and bright upstairs. The deck off the kitchen/living area got a lot of use. A very pleasant spot with a great view of the river and rafters floating by. Beds were comfortable. One drawback for us was no twin beds for kids. Parts of the downstairs ( pool level) were dark scary to them also. There was sufficient seating for us all both indoors and outside. The pool was throughly enjoyed by the kids and the hot tub by us all. The host responded to our questions or concerns. We were not given the key code to the house until check in time on the day of arrival which made us uncomfortable— but it all worked out. Lots to do in Grants Pass area— jet boat, river rafting, Oregon Cave, wine tasting. We all had a terrific week.

This is my favorite place to be. GG is amazing and answers always. The house is exactly as advertised and it is my home away from home. This house brings my family so much joy. The beds are awesome, the bathrooms, the pool, jacuzzi and over all space

Beautiful Setting on the Rogue River
This roomy, three story house easily accommodates nine or ten people with its five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The property fronts the Rogue River with beautiful views from the various balconies. There is a hot tub and large pool, which our family thoroughly enjoyed.

Awesome stay
This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. 4 adults and 5 kids 4-12. The house was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Despite 50 degree days, the kids took polar plunges in the pool and had a blast in the hot tub. We skipped rocks in the river and were close to town and hiking. The host was super responsive each time we needed her. We’ll be back for sure!

Our annual family trip
The property was lovely, although there were some obvious problems that needed to be corrected. Pool was cold...hot tub went "crazy", and we had to call about that situation. Tub in master bath was not usable. The view out back was calming, and relaxing. Beds were comfortable. There was an argument between the woman neighbor on the right, and one nice young fellow with two dogs who wanted to walk down to the river. (I mean yelling arguments) There was also a fellow in short pants, who just stood in the river, and two policemen quietly escorted him off the property. (this same neighbor again.) We had NO problems with either visitor. I personally don't drink coffee, but 3 in our group do. There was NO percolator coffee maker. We brought coffee and did cook the morning coffee in a pot, on the stove, using a sifter as a strainer. Otherwise, we certainly did like the house, and setting. Janet Sweeney
