“My group of 4 adults had a great stay with plenty of space. The apartment was clean and had many of the basic amenities. Old Towne Arvada is a very cute area with many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. You can also walk to the train station (2 minutes) and take it to downtown Denver in 25 minutes. “Location was great based on our reason for being in Midland. As noted by other visitors, the property exterior is not impressive. Would be good to have condo number posted much more visibly. The interior was nice--decor was great and host provided unexpected amenities, such as bottled water, condiments, coffee/tea, creamer and snacks. Was nice to have three tvs with lots of options and nice dining and living areas. Host was very responsive to all questions very quickly. ”
