“Hotel lo esperado, sofa cama incomodisimo imposible dormir en el. Limpieza inexistente, se solicito cada dos dias y nunca limpiaron ni hicieton la habitacion. ”
“I liked the hotel. I didn't like the breakfast (there could be a capsule coffee machine, and the orange juice was like water). I liked the personnel, very friendly. And I loved the room (2 queen beds room)”
“Fui a Holland por el fin de semana en su Tulip fest. Dado que los hoteles de Holland habian triplicado su precio para este fin de semana, tomé este hotel como alternativa. Quedaba a 20 minutos en auto (desde Holland) y llegamos solamente a dormir. No da para más. La habitacion es algo sucia y a pesar de tener no smoking policy parece que no muchos la respetan. El desayuno incluido tampoco merece muchos comentarios.”
“We really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan.”
“Me hospede aquí y teníamos una habitación con dos camas y de 4 almohadas que habían 1 estaba limpia 😕 y el duvet en ambas camas sucio también. El olor del hotel es desagradable y la carpeta de las escaleras y el pasillo super sucio. ”
“The hotel is comfortable and clean, understaffed same person serves as frontdesk and restaurant cashier, service is not bad, but it is not good either. My reservation was for 5 days with breakfast included and they charged me for breakfast, also housekeeping will not clean the room everyday even if you want it to be cleaned and the frontdesk answer is there is no one to do it very weird not customer centric, would recommend if there is no other choice, but would avoid if possible.”
