Magnífica casa de Grand Ave con hermosas vistas de Mtns. & ¡¡Lago!!

¡Estamos a una milla de la entrada al Parque Nacional Rocky Mountain! Nuestra casa está en Grand Ave., directamente en el corazón de Grand Lake. A poca distancia del centro de Grand Lake. Impresionantes vistas del lago y las montañas que se encuentran directamente frente a nuestra terraza. ¡Es tan hermoso que quizás no quieras salir de casa! Cinco habitaciones privadas y tres baños. ¡A los niños les encanta dormir en la zona del desván! Hemos tenido dos reuniones familiares con 15 personas y tuvimos mucho espacio. ¡La terraza es nuestro lugar favorito para asar a la parrilla y disfrutar de las vistas! Es un viaje impresionante desde Denver hasta Grand Lake. El Grand Lake Nordic Center ofrece esquí de fondo, raquetas de nieve, tubos y son extremadamente asequibles. Hay algunos excelentes restaurantes en el centro de Grand Lake. Un montón de pintorescas tiendas de regalos y tiendas de artesanías, museos y mucha cultura. El senderismo es mejor en Grand Lake. Puede caminar por muchos senderos y la Cámara de Comercio de Grand Lake ofrece mapas gratuitos de los senderos de la zona. Adams Falls está a una corta caminata desde el centro de la ciudad, pero conduce a una hermosa cascada. Hicimos una caminata de nueve millas este verano a la ciudad de LuLu y vimos un paisaje impresionante y una vida salvaje sorprendente. ¡No querrás olvidar tu cámara! Si está buscando un lugar increíble para relajarse y descansar, este es el lugar. Estamos a solo 45 millas del Trail Head a Estes Park y es un viaje increíble e impresionante. Estes Park es una hermosa ciudad con toneladas de tiendas de regalos y una excelente área del centro para comprar. Nos gusta visitar Estes pero regresar al lado más tranquilo de Grand Lake. El representante de las Montañas Rocosas. El teatro es mundialmente conocido por el talento que reclutan. En 2011 se mudaron a su nueva instalación de $ 10 millones de dólares. Es impresionante y la acústica es increíble. Toda nuestra familia fue a ver una actuación allí y la pasamos muy bien. Ya sea que quiera relajarse y pasar el rato, caminar y ver la vida silvestre, comprar y comer, pescar o cazar, esquiar o jugar al golf, Grand Lake es realmente un lugar increíble y un lugar al que querrá volver una y otra vez. La casa está totalmente equipada y todo lo que necesita traer es su ropa. El resto está listo para que lo disfrutes.

The view and proximity to downtown was great and the accommodations were ok. We had a great time with our whole family and Grand Lake was a fun place to be.

The property was in a really nice location for ease of access to Rocky Mountain National Park, restaurants, mini-golf, and swim beach. The kids had a blast fishing and hiking, and we saw 7 moose! We had a great week!

We have stayed in this property twice now and have found it to be well appointed, clean, well located, and as described. The property owner (Janet) has been extremely responsive and helpful when any small things have come up. The large deck is the star of the show with great views of the mountains and lakes.

We love Grand Lake <3

The cabin is beautiful! It does overlook a rather busy street with power lines —that would be the only downside to the location. It is a gravel road though all the way from the cabin to downtown so not ideal for strollers (just FYI). Otherwise, we were able to walk to town easily. It is very close to the entrance to RNP, which was awesome! Grand Lake is such a cute town with many outdoor activities for the whole family! There was plenty of room for our entire family —all 8 adults and 5 kids. It was great to have access to washer/dryer as well. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. We cooked/grilled all our meals! Two of the patio chairs were worn/broken so we couldn’t use them, but the lounge chairs, picnic table and large umbrella on the porch were nice! We had room to park our 3 SUVs in the driveway. Janet was great to work with. She provided clear information on check-in and check-out process. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location!!

Cozy High Altitude Living

The large log-cabin style home is situated far above Grand Lake and has some lovely views. It is set up conveniently for a family or group, and the kitchen is well-stocked with appliances. The living room has soft leather furniture which encouraged some long evenings of conversation. The rooms are as advertised and fully functional. Janet McNece was quick to answer our questions and attend to our needs. It's a nice place to stay.

Great reunion spot!

We stayed here for a family reunion and had an amazing time. The home was clean and well stocked! So much that we really overpacked with being 9 hours away. The house has so many unlisted amenities. We didn't know about bed options when booking. The loft has 2 queen beds, the main level has a king bed with private bathroom and 2nd room with a queen next to the halfway bathroom. The basement has a queen in one room and an additional bedroom with a queen bed and full over full bunks! This gave us so much more room to spread out. There was also an additional twin mattress in the basement bedroom closet We packed a folding table and chairs for more seating, but found a set in the main level bedroom closet. Mine took up a lot of space in my car so that info would be helpful for anyone planning to come. There is a market right down the hill, and there is a path to walk down. The neighbor was extremely kind and helpful and told us all the good fishing spots. The kitchen also has a crockpot for anyone not wanting to haul one along. Bring ice, or plan on grabbing some daily as the fridge can't keep up, reasonably so with so many people using it. The town is beautiful and there is so much to do! We highly recommend this property and can't wait to book again next year.

Grand Lake 4th of July

This house provided our group of 12, a mix of friends and family, the perfect location and space to enjoy the 4th of July in Grand Lake. The bedrooms were on 3 levels which allowed us to divide up groups. The large deck offered a great place to come together for drinks and dinner. It also has a great view of the fireworks. communication with owner was fast and accomodating.

4-Generation Family Vacation

The view from the deck was spectacular. The open kitchen/dining room/living room allowed us all to be together when we prepared and ate our meals. We inadvertently turned off our wifi, and the host was quick and gracious in helping us restart it. We had ample space to park 4-5 vehicles. The listing included a picture of a fire pit, but the fire pit must have been removed. This did not detract from our stay at all. We appreciated the reasonable cleanup expectations at departure. We were told to enjoy our stay, and we did! We would stay there again if we return to Grand Lake.

Great Place for a Family Vacation

What a wonderful place for a family vacation. 12 family members ranging in age from 6 to 75 had a very enjoyable time in Grand Lake. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, great view, walking distance to town, nice amenities, we couldn't have asked for anything more!

Fantastic mountain property

This home is perfectly situated close to many activities! It has a beautiful Mountain View but still easily accessible. It’s close to a market with most everything you need, a cute shopping area, lakes, skiing… we even stopped at a local hot spring for a day! Highly recommend this house!

Family Christmas

Stayed here over Christmas with a big group. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved that they had two pack and play’s available and that there was a Christmas tree up. It was a beautiful spot. The only problem we had was the heat. Some spots in the house were really, really cold ( loft and basement) and some were uncomfortably hot. ( master and living room.) Was a great stay!

Great Stay

Had a great Thanksgiving stay - House was as advertised, easy walk to town, although a bit too far for our 80+yo family member. But an easy drive back and forth as well. Plenty of room for all 9 of us, and Janet was very helpful with the one minor issue we had. Would stay here again.
