Fabulous home with great amenities, great views, and easy access to Grand Lake! The property is beautiful inside and out. We will definitely look forward to returning to this wonderful home!

It was perfect! Beautiful home. Amazing kitchen. We had a toddler and he had everything he needed as well.. from high chair to plastic table ware. We had zero problems finding the home. Megan was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. The hot tub was beautiful and the back porches were perfect for dining and hummingbird viewing! If I HAD to ask for anything it would be some more screens for the windows in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom as they got warm. Other than that the home was absolutely perfect and welcoming!

AMAZING

We got married in Rocky Mountain National Park this past weekend and chose to stay in Grand Lake with our family for the week. This house was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly responsive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner.No matter where you look, the views from the house are breathtaking — it’s serene, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax. The house was spotless, well-equipped with a variety of amenities, and ideal for both adults and kids. Our daughters (ages 2 and 4) had the best time exploring the property, swinging on the porch swing under the deck, and playing nature bingo!We saw plenty of wildlife, enjoyed dinners outside, made s’mores, and watched the sunsets from the deck — truly unforgettable moments.10/10 — we would absolutely stay here again!

Very comfortable and quiet location. Close to area activities. Great restaurants in Grand Lake. Only negative was the lack of a dishwasher with 5 people, but owner is working on it. Don't let this stop you from staying here!!Beautiful views.

Beautiful house, it's was stocked with what was needed in every room. Has a lot of space. We were very happy as was our kids and grandkids. We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect stay in so many ways!

Megan and Dave are fabulous hosts. They have thought about everything you could possibly need. Great communication when we had questions. The kids loved exploring the property and adults enjoyed the fire pit every night to relax in the evening. Plenty of space in the kitchen and room for all at the table.

We had the most incredible time at this beautiful Grand lake house! The home was spotless, cozy, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The peaceful lake views and serene surroundings made it feel like a true escape.What made our stay even more special was that we had our gender reveal here — such a meaningful and emotional moment — and to top it off, our closest friends got engaged during the same weekend! So spacious

This is a beautiful property that is perfect for a multi-generational gathering. The generous sectional sofas in the living room and on the deck are ideal for languid hours of conversation, but there are also plenty of small places both inside and outside to have a quet moment alone to appreciate the views of two lakes, the mountains, and the forest that surrounds the property. On the summer solcitice we sat outside and marveled at the star studded sky with dear friends and family. It will long be a favorite memory.

This was our third stay at this property, and it was the best yet. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and just as described. The owners are incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions, which makes the entire experience seamless. Spring Break 2025

We took out family to ski at granby ranch. We were extremely pleased with the looks and cleanliness of the residence. Granby was a quick 20 minute drive and the rocky mountain national park is onlu 10 minites away such a great location and we had such a great time

Best yet!

We make it a priority to always have a winter vacation with family and friends. Many years we have came to Grand Lake. After our last house was unavailable for our time frame, we found this jewel! We all agree this is our new go to house. Everything was amazing from the views to the seclusion. We had three family’s on this vacation and everyone had their own living space while also conveniently being close ! We will be back!!

Annual ice fishing trip

Great property with plenty of space. Hot tub was very nice after long cold days on the ice. Winter was a challenge due to heavy snowfall the whole time we stayed and no plows came thru. The steep driveway and drifts of snow made it a little challenging getting vehicles to the house. All in all great house, clean, and awesome host! Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful house with amazing hosts!

What an incredible house in a winter wonderland. Stayed here with my family, my wife’s family, and our dog and it had more than enough space. We celebrated a belated Christmas and Megan was kind enough to leave their Christmas tree up for us. Working with her to ensure that we had everything we needed was a big part in what made our experience so great. She genuinely cares that her guests are taken care of (even though we were reaching out over New Year’s)! The views are also truly better than photos can capture and you definitely don’t want to miss out on the hot tub! It was the highlight for a lot of us. Thank you Megan and Dave, we will definitely be coming back!!

What a beautiful destination. The home was so cozy and accomidating! From a full stock kitchen with applianance, and spices, to many places for people to sleep, including cribs and trundle beds. One of our best choices

We have rented many homes through VRBO and this one lived up to its description and one of our favorites. This home is absolutely beautiful. We had a family of 8 adults staying and everyone was very comfortable. All the furniture including the beds are great and everything was well stocked which is not always the case. But the views cannot be beat! You will be so impressed with the views and want to sit outside all the time. The owners were easy to work with and responsive not that we had any issues with the home. Even the hot tub worked great was in great working condition and clean. If you are deciding between multiple rentals, pick this one. You will not be disappointed! We hope to visit again and we would definitely rent this home again - it is worth the price!

Best family house for everyone

Our family recently stayed at this incredible VRBO, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The location was absolutely perfect, making it an ideal home base for all of our family activities. The house had spacious and well-appointed rooms that comfortably accommodated every member of our group. The grounds were simply beautiful, adding to the overall relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for a better place to gather and spend time together. Everything was in great condition, and it felt like a true home away from home.
