Great place!
Adam was very accommodating and the place was warm and cozy when we arrived. The best part was the fresh beer! The home is in more of an industrial area and there is a train that comes through but the host provides ear plugs if you need them!

Cute, spacious and BEER!
The house is surprisingly quiet and has everything you need. Just a 3 min drive downtown. Close to CMU too. There was some train noise at night but that's expected in Grand Junction. The kegarator was awesome and so nice when we drove 4 hours and was so nice to walk in and have a beer and relax. We had a great stay!

NIce house in Grand Junction
House has everything and more for staying in GJ. The Main St. restaurants were a few blocks away and a very nice area to just walk and see all the artisan shops. Would recommend it to anyone.

The listing is accurate. The host communicates very well. The house is charming, clean, and they really make an effort to make you feel at home. The area was a little more industrial / commercial than I expected but it wasn’t an issue at all for me. I would stay there again.

Enjoyable stay
Adam's house was updated and comfortable. Easy street parking at the front door, close enough to main street to walk to dinner, and beer in the kegerator made for a great stay. Adam was quick to respond. Only negative (and the listing is upfront about it) is the house is in a light industrial neighborhood. I would absolutely book this property again.

Feels like home
We enjoyed a quiet night in and cooked dinner in the very well supplied kitchen. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the train whistle woke us at 7 which was perfect timing.

Fabulous Older Home with All Amenities!
Correspondence with owner was fantastic. Owner has gym behind property and he is available if needed. Home is completely refurbished, new flooring, kitchen, shower area, AC units in most rooms. Organic mattress, pillows, shower supplies, shampoos, body wash, etc. The home is immaculate. Pictures and description are accurate. We were worried about the area, but Adam assured us he has had no problems in the 15 years he has been there. Close proximity to downtown with several EXCELLENT restaurants. There is a train that moves through town 2-3 times at night. First night was interesting as we were rail employees, so no problem. Next nights, we hardly heard at all. Enjoyed so much, we've book for next year at this time. Thanks, Adam!

Nice stay in Grand Junction
We enjoyed this nice clean house in Grand Junction. The two bedrooms were perfect. The small AC units in each area made it easy to control the temperature. In the morning, we would recline in chairs and drink coffee on the front porch. We loved the place and would certainly return.

Recommended host
I had issues getting in to the property my first day which was only a half day rental in agreement with the host. However, the host went above and beyond to fix the issue of me not getting in that first half day (refunding and then some). Place was clean and the host was responsive to make sure everything else was as comfy and clean as can be. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area. The host makes all the difference going out of his ways to assure your satisfaction.

Great Hiking and Restaurants
This is our favorite VRBO, and we stay in a lot of them all over the US. Adam is a great host, and his house is clean and well furnished. Close to the Colorado River Trail System, Colorado National Monument, and the downtown area which is loaded with great shopping and restaurants.

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay in Grand Junction. The house was very easy to find & all check in/out instructions were super easy! Location was great as it was easy walking to downtown for food, coffee & ice cream. Kitchen had everything we needed & was great to be able to do some laundry. Would definitely stay here again!!!
