The condo was great. A shotgun style floor plan that was clean and perfectly location in the center of downtown. There was nothing about the space and location I would change. But the listing advertised free parking. Then the day we checked in, a text message indicated we need to pay for overnight parking. And not just once, but each night. The permit expires each morning and you have to move your vehicle to avoid tickets. If that wasn’t enough pain for you, the master bedroom mattress will literally hurt you. It was in such poor shape you felt like you were sleeping on a slope with both sides falling to the middle. I love my wife and don’t mind being close to her, but I never slept longer than 4-5 hours before my shoulder, neck and back pain were enough to move to the couch.
As for the poor communication let’s just say it’s one sided. I booked through VRBO and never got a confirmation once my credit card was charged. I messaged the host - no answer. More than 24 hours later I found a phone number for the property management group and had to call them to finally get an email confirmation. Once I arrived at the property I found two kitchen cupboard doors broken. Messaged the host again without response over the course of our 3 night stay.
As nice a as this condo was, and the great location I will not stay at another property hosted by Christian and True North Property Management.
