¡Bienvenido al Lodge "BIG R"! Una casa de montaña Lodge en un entorno de club de campo. Este retiro rústico espera a su grupo en el aire fresco de la montaña de Flagstaff, Arizona. ¡Esta casa tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar un buen rato!

Si está buscando una casa GRANDE con encanto rústico, el "BIG R" Lodge es el lugar para usted. El "BIG R" tiene mucho espacio para TODOS. Tenemos seis / siete habitaciones, tres baños, tres chimeneas, dos cocinas completas y todos los suministros que pueda necesitar. Solo siéntete como en casa. Este es un albergue acogedor que hace que las personas se sientan muy cómodas. Le encantará el hecho de que toda su familia puede estar junta en un lugar, lo cual es muy difícil de hacer en la mayoría de las áreas y especialmente en Flagstaff.

Queremos que te diviertas mucho, pero hay algunas Reglas y Agradecimientos de la Cámara ...

Las mascotas son bienvenidas; sin embargo, le pedimos que mantenga "4 en el piso" como decimos en nuestra casa. No se permiten mascotas en muebles o ropa de cama. Además, recógelos después de ellos afuera. Permitimos dos perros. No hay razas viciosas. No se permiten otras mascotas sin la aprobación del gerente. Hay una tarifa de $ 50 por perro.

No se permite fumar en la propiedad.

Hay un requisito de edad mínima de 25 años.

Dispositivos de vigilancia o grabación en la propiedad: hay dos cámaras detectoras de movimiento Arlo en la parte delantera y trasera de la casa para su protección.

Cobramos $ 25 adicionales por persona, por noche para más de 12 invitados. Por favor, háganos saber si tiene más de 16 invitados. Necesitamos asegurarnos de que tenga todas las toallas y servicios necesarios para un grupo de mayor tamaño.

Tenemos cuatro lugares de estacionamiento en el camino de entrada. No se permiten trailers como una regla de HOA.

No hay estacionamiento en la calle desde el 15 de noviembre hasta el 1 de abril por ordenanza de invierno de la ciudad de Flagstaff. La Ciudad puede darle un boleto y los camiones quitanieves no pueden venir a nuestra calle a arar. A veces, nuestra HOA multará a los vehículos estacionados en la calle durante esta ordenanza. Podemos ayudarlo a encontrar estacionamiento adicional si es necesario.

Amazing House

Huge house with incredible amenities that are exactly as advertised and perfectly match the pictures on the listing. The host was very communicative as well. Our group had a fantastic stay and spent the majority of our time at the house!

Nice place but with a few drawbacks

I would like to start by saying we had an amazing time at this house! I originally had some hesitations after I contacted the owner three times to change my credit card on file and they would reply by email but never did what I asked . Super frustating. Our tripe was great but there were a few items that I felt would be worth sharing in the event that you plan on staying here. Stairs! There are SO many stairs! Lol. Right when you walk in the door there is a flight of stairs and then even more stairs to get to each level of the house, so depending on where your room is, carrying luggage and getting there isn't as easy as just opening the door. Just keep that in mind if you have anyone elderly (or if you are traveling with anyone who has physical ailments) as you will definitely be a little winded by the time you get to the main floor. The vibe of the house is really fun and we enjoyed the different themed rooms and the artwork. The kitchen was very spacious, newly updated, and offered plenty of space to hang out. We loved the coffee bar area! As far as essentials go the house had everything we needed except for a knife that could actually cut food. It might be time for new cutlery or just bring your own. The family room was also very nice with newer furniture, a large tv, and plenty of comfortable seating. The bedrooms were nice but they definitely need to be updated. For the price you pay per night I honestly expected much more; better mattresses, nicer sheets, and newer furniture. We also would have appreciated having extra sheets. The lower level offered an extra kitchen and small family room (which was really great) and the game room on that floor was one of our favorite spots. Both the adults and the kids absolutely loved it!! We did notice during our stay that there was quite a few insects (very much alive) inside the house. Something worth noting. The backyard is by far and away the most amazing aspect of this home, the pictures just don't do it justice. So many places to sit and many fun outdoor games as well. The patio table was huge and offered plenty of eatingg but we wish there had been an umbrella or more covered outdoor areas. It got a little hot during the day without shade and the small pergola didn't allow us to sit outdoors while it rained. The jacuzzi was definitely a plus, clean, new and heated up quickly. There were also plenty of towels. Overall we had a wonderful stay and appreciated alot of what the house had to offer!

Best time had by all

This home was the best one we have ever rented in Flagstaff. The neighborhood is beautiful and upscale, the home is comfortable, so clean and so much to do! The backyard and the arcade were loved by all! We loved the owners sense of humor with the wall art! The property manager was very quick to get back to us, as well. Overall, this was a 10 out of 10!

Big house, great backyard, but NO AC

The house itself is really spread out and big. It's on three levels, so it can be a bit much for those older or out of shape, LOL. It is decorated so adorably with a lot of funny sign art and pictures. The kids LOVED the arcade! The backyard is the best part of this house. It's huge and picturesque. The only downside is that it's not fenced or private at all. A police car came to the house directly across from us, so that kind of put a damper on the first night. Along with that, a neighbor and his dog went into the yard another night, so it' just didn't feel safe. The biggest downside was that the house has NO AC!! Even though the listing mentions AC, I repeat, THERE IS NO AC. I was disappointed when I emailed before arrival asking about how we access the pool that is listed, and they said there is no access to the country club pool and that it's a "glitch" in the listing. That was a bummer, but we got over it. When we arrived and found there was NO AC, they said there are two portable AC fans in the closet. The listing mentioned AC, so again, another "glitch". This was a HUGE bummer because it got SO HOT in the house. The adults were not able to sleep for three long nights because of how uncomfortable and hot it was. On the last day, we had both fans going in the main room to try and cool the house, and it ended up tripping the breaker. It was such a bummer about the AC it made everything seem crummy. We would not start here again any time except for winter because it does have heat, at least we think....

Great space for family get away

From start to finish the rental team took great care of us. Matthew was amazing to work with and helped us feel at home and comfortable with where we were staying! Space was great! Parts of the home are in need of updating and better organization to compete, especially for the nightly rate that is charged but it served its purpose for the size of our family. The FUN game room for kids and adults was a great plus!!! Thanks for a wonderful time.

Not coming back to this cabin

The cabin does not look as large as the pictures show. Lots of stairs. There is no design to this cabin, too cluttered, too many pictures on the walls and design elements that don't match throughout the cabin. All the chairs are different. Every table and bed make noise, not well put together. Lack of proud of ownership. The carpet in the living very dirty. The pros are: hot tub, game room and the backyard.

Perfection!

Our 5 families (10 adults and 10 children) fit comfortably without feeling crowded in this unique and super fun property. The kids and adults were entertained just within the household and with its amenities, playroom, game room, backyard, and jacuzzi, so much so that we never left the home! The home was even decorated for Christmas with a tree and lights along the banister. Check in and check out we’re clear and simple. We also fit our 5 large vehicles in the driveway including 3 large trucks and 2 SUVs. We saw families of deer wandering the backyard each day. The floor plan almost made each room of the house feel like a separate wing. We would absolutely rent this property again and highly recommend for large groups.
