Bueno
Si tengo que poner un pero, es el olor a pescado frito del restaurante de abajo. Por lo demás, muy bien. Grandes vistas, lo mejor de la estancia. Si quieres entrar antes de las 16:00h. tienes que pagar medio día más. Me pareció un poco abusivo teniendo en cuenta el precio por noche.

Wir wurden superfreundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung hält alles was versprochen wurde. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Meerblick, die Nähe zum Strand und die zentrale Lage, einfach toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Just perfect
This property is a little gem, the views of the ocean and the sound of the waves soothing you to sleep each night, perfection. The apartment was spotless, it had everything you would need, the bed and pillows are so comfortable. Lots of towels, dish towels, clothes ect. The roof terrace is magical, stunning views and lots of activity in the sea to watch with the kite surfers. El Medano is a beautiful little place, lots of lovely restaurants, cafes and shops. Very family oriented, not a lot of tourists. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely be back to this apartment. It’s a little piece of heaven on earth. Heinz who greeted us is a lovely man and the check in and out couldn’t have been easier. Thank you so much 😊

Our second time in the apartment and as before a perfect place in El Medano. Heinz is a kind and considerate host always ready to help. The addition of the gazebo on the gorgeous terrace provides shame if required The apartment is a special home from home. Thankyou

Tolles Apartment in super Lage
Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in El Medano. Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders schön ist natürlich dder Ausblick direkt aufs Meer. Die Rooftop Terrasse zum Sonnen oder Yoga haben wir viel genutzt und ist wunderbar. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt und hatte alles was man zum Kochen etc. benötigt ist vorhanden. Heinz war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können den Aufenthalt in dem schönen Apartment sehr empfehlen. :)

Geweldig uitzicht, geweldig stadje
El Medano is een super relaxed stadje en het uitzicht over de zee vanuit het appartement is adembenemend. Met het privéterras één verdieping hoger maakt het alles bij elkaar ern plek waar ik zeker van plan ben om terug te komen.

fabulous location and stunning views
we loved staying in this apartment and are looking forward to returning next year. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The glass frontage in the living area and the upstairs terrace allowed magnificent views of the sea. It was about 1 minute walk to town square, with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes close by. Heinz the property manager was an absolute sweetheart and couldn't have been more helpful.

Schönster Ausblick El Medanos
Die Wohnung ist perfekt, wenn man zu zweit ist und gerne mitten in der Stadt aber auch unmittelbar am Meer wohnen möchte. Trotz Lage an einer Straße mit Restaurants und Geschäften ist es nicht zu laut. Der Balkon und die riesige Dachterrasse eignen sich perfekt zum Kaffeetrinken oder Sterne beobachten. Heinz hat uns auch sehr nett begrüßt, alles erklärt und einen Obstkorb sowie eine Flasche Wein bereitgestellt. Wir würden diese Wohnung zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen und am liebsten jetzt schon den nächsten Urlaub buchen.

Check in war super nett. Das Appartement ist direkt am Meer und mittendrin im Trubel. Das muss man mögen! Wir kannten Medano schon von vorherigen Aufenthalten und wussten was es bedeutet im "Zentrum " zu wohnen. Die Wohnung ist direkt über einem Restaurant.Von der herrlichen Dachterrasse aus, hat man einen Blick über die ganze Bucht und kann den Surfern bis zum Sonnenuntergang zuschauen. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt und wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Wir durften ganze fünf Wochen in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung verbringen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick von dem kleinen Balkon sowie von der unglaublich tollen Dachterrasse ist unbezahlbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte und natürlich der Strand. Ein ganz besonderer Dank an Heinz. Er hat uns bei der Ankunft in Empfang genommen und uns gleich das Gefühl gegeben willkommen zu sein. Die ganze Zeit hat er sich gekümmert und war immer Erreichbar. Goede ontvangst van de contactpersoon Heinz! Alles aanwezig en prachtig uitzicht en mooi dakterras waar het super toeven is. De douche met gordijn is wat beperkt Fijn dat er n wasmachine is ! Kortom; voor herhaling vatbaar Dank 👌☀️

My favorite place to stay in El Médano!
I highly recommend this lovely apartment for a single person or a couple. It is right on the water, with a fantastic view of the ocean, and is perfectly situated in the town so that the beach, restaurants, and shops are all right there for your enjoyment! Heinz, the property manager, is wonderful, too. He makes sure that your stay is perfect!

Tolles Apartment!
Extrem gute Lage (vor allem für junge Leute) und sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Dazu wohnt noch eine (deutsche) Ansprechperson in der Nähe, welche bei Fragen helfen kann. Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen!

Gemütliches Apartment direkt am Meer
Das Apartment hält absolut was es verspricht. Auf der Rückseite grüßt direkt das Meer, was entweder vom Kleinen Balkon am Wohnzimmer oder von der Dachterasse aus wirklich genossen werden kann. Vorne zur Tür hinaus und man steht direkt in der Promenade und erreicht innerhalb von ein paar Metern wirklich alles was man braucht. Restaurants, Bars, Eisdielen, Bäckereien und kleine Supermärkte - alles da. Links wie rechts sind auch direkt Strände die zum Baden in den Wellen einladen. In der Mittagssonne ist es auf der Dachterasse natürlich sehr warm und die Lösung mit dem Sonnenschirm funktioniert leider nur selten, da es meistens einfach zuu windig ist - Bei der Endabnahme wurde uns aber gesagt, dass das Problem bald durch eine feste Installation gelöst werden soll. El Medano ist ein kleines ehemaliges Fischerdörfchen und man ist sicher nicht in den großen Touri-Zentren der Insel. Trotzdem ist Abends auch am Dorfplatz immer genug los und man kommt direkt wirklich in sein Urlaubsfeeling. Jederzeit wieder :)

Kite surfing view
What a super find. A real home with everything you could want for a holiday in El Medano. Having stayed in the town before this is the best of the apartments we have booked. The roof terrace has the feel of a luxury hotel with sofas,sun beds and a dining table letting you watch the more adventurous. The apartment is a stones throw from the main beach and square. Night time street noise can be a bit annoying but the quiet,efficient air conditioning solves this. Heinz was a super representative keeping us in touch and providing a welcome pack. We love the buzz of El Medano,it is windy but that keeps it wonderfully cool. The only thing I might provide would be beach chairs to avoid having to rent the rather tightly packed sun beds . We'll be back. Thankyou for letting us stay in your great holiday home.

Ein Traum
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns als Selbstversorger nichts gefehlt. Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Strand direkt um die Ecke. Terrasse ist ein Träumchen. Bett mit guter Matratze. Betreuung vor Ort super nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wohlfühlferienwohnung
Diese Ferienwohnung verhilft sofort, um ein angenehmes Urlaubsfeeling zu bekommen. Mitten in der Fußgängerzone gelegen, ist man gleich mitten unter den Menschen. Zur anderen Seite hinaus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Die Dachterrasse ist ein echtes Highlight! Die Betreuung durch Herrn Heinz Meier war sehr angenehm, weil er sich um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Der Ferienort ist touristisch noch nicht überlaufen, es gibt viele gute Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft ehrlich weiterempfehlen!
