We'd return with minor improvements
This is a nice apartment complex with swimming pool and tennis court access and a small playground for kids, and nice outside decks. The underground parking was great and the building was very secure. The office is closed from 2-4 so don't bother arriving during those hours. The front desk person was very nice and tried really hard to help, unfortunately she spoke no English so communication was very difficult. The apartment could have been cleaner, dust bunnies were in every corner and hair was on the sofa sleeper, it was advertised with a washing machine but the machine was not hooked up. They also don't have a dishwasher so if you plan to stay several days make sure you get the deluxe apartment so housekeeping will do your dishes and some cleaning. The walls are paper thin so bring ear plugs and if you have an apartment on the back side near the tennis courts you'll also want an eye mask since they leave on the lights all night long. We traveled with our extended family (4 adults) and although we managed the room is small with only one bathroom and the sleeper sofa was low to the ground and when set-up only left the kitchen chairs for sitting. The location was easy to find and right off the main highway. The apartment is within walking distance (about 6 blocks) from the #1 bus which takes you directly downtown. Several nice restaurants and grocery stores were within walking distance as well.
