“Reservation was paid in full in advance through Hotels.com. Still they charged again the full amount to my credit card which was requested in case of incidentals. I have repeatedly requested reimbursement both personally and through Hotels.com with no success.
I.DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Manager does not assist in cases of like this which is a clear mistake on the part of this hotel”
“We loved the Stallion. It was a spacious loft which included all the amenities we could ask for and some we wouldn’t have thought about. We stayed for a week. The dishwasher, washer and dryer, the whole kitchen were perfect. Loads of good dining and music all close enough to walk to. The one issue that I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a lobby or “lounge” type offering, no courtyard for people to gather. In the week we were there, we never met anybody else there. “El edificio es muy bonito. Desafortunadamente al llegar nadie te explica nada sobre las instalaciones, restaurantes o acceso a las vialidades que, se puede lograr desde el hotel. “I had a wonderful experience here at the ALOFT Memphis. It was a getaway for me and my wife just to sit back relaxing and unwind. We would definitely stay again this is a super nice property and very friendly staff. We will go again and take the kids for topgolf swinging suite.”

"COCKROACHES AND HAIR IN THE TUB AN SINK. DON’T STAY HERE! Their coordination is terrible, and the cleanliness is atrocious. When I checked in, they gave me a room that was literally out of service (see pictures below) — it was undergoing roof and carpet replacement stained with paint, there were buckets of paint, mops and there was no electricity. I returned to request another room, and the General Manager, Harold Daniels, told me, 'If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else.' I asked for my money back, but since I booked through a third-party platform, he refused to refund me in cash. They gave me another room, but the situation didn’t improve. I found cockroaches in the lamps and hair in the bathtub.
CUCARACHAS Y BAÑOS SUCIOS. NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUI! Tienen una muy mala coordinación y pésima limpieza. Al hacer check in, me entregaron un cuarto que literlamente estaba fuera de servicio, le estaban cambiando el techo, habia botes de intura, brochas, la alfombra estaba sucia de pintura y no tenia luz (adjunto imagenes). Regresé para pedir que me dieran otra habitación, y el General Manager Harold Daniels me dijo “si no le gusta puede irse a otro lado”, le pedí mi dinero de regreso pero como hice mi reservación atraves de la plataforma, no quiso devolverme el efectivo. Me dieron otra habitación pero la situación no mejoró, Encontré cucarachas en las lámparas y cabellos en la tina."
