“It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. ”

“We enjoyed the time spending there. That is mostly fit us well due to the circumstance for which we were there. My wife liked every minute of it and so did I; but I simply wish there were some coffee there, along with the coffee maker. “We stayed here for a quick weekend away. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The location was perfect for a couple families to get together and enjoy the deck and lake. Close to the Mashpee Children’s Museum and not too far from beaches. Quick drive to local breweries. Communication with the property manager seemed to be through an automated bot type system but we didn’t have any issues so didn’t need to call anyone. Would stay again. ”
