“The Provincial is well located in the centre of Ballarat. The decor is beautiful and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Lola's restaurant is very handy for breakfast.”

“Check in was easy, parking was okay, would be a challenge if we had a larger vehicle. Reception was helpful. Stairs to unit are quite steep, especially when trying to drag a suitcase up them. Rooms are absolutely huge and the couch and bed was super comfortable. The mini bar was useful and place was nice and close to amenities, would definately stay here again. ”

“Unfortunately the weather was cold and wet, which took away the ambience and our ability to sit by the lake or use the tennis court. However the indoor spa and gym are ideal for the person wanting to relax or get some exercise, plus the indoor pool was close by. Recommend a visit but I expect that it is very busy in the warmer months given what it offers. 10/10”

“Good location, everything I needed. I stayed in a studio near the lifts and it felt a little bit like living in a fish bowl - open for all to see but once I got over that it was fine. Very good value.”
