“Very comfortable place. Easy access to old Colorado City and Manitou Springs for shopping and Garden of the Gods is just up the road. We travel with our Dog and the 'grassy' patches for her to go was scarce, but we made due. The laundry facility is super nice. Towels were plentiful, water pressure was great compared to some VRBO's I've been in. ”

“This was my second time at the propery and it was great. The property is very comfortable and the area is very beautiful while being right by downtown Manitou. The aesthetic and of the peaceful underground unit is accompanied by the welcoming atmosphere. Great for a one or two person stay. I hope to eventually stay a third time. ”

“Listing accurate. Residence clean and neat location great for shopping food and going to local attractions. Quiet neighborhood and on site parking. Only issue is main AC unit not working apparently and only a window ac unit in bedroom available. This was adequate but main ac should be repaired. Just a suggestion that the small couch should be replaced with a hide a bed for additional family member. Overall I would revisit this property the communication with owner/ agent was great high marks...

Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the little touches everywhere shows that Jeff and Nicole are hosts for the joy of showing Old Colorado City to vacationeers. They were quick with any questions we had. The absolute perfect start to our Colorado vacation.”

“The location, on the edge of the business district, was perfect since it was walkable to the shops and restaurants but on a quieter block with easy parking. Our suite was gorgeous and cozy. The private balcony was a lovely space to hang out on. There were so many touches that the hosts put into the property that showed consideration to making their guests comfortable; snacks in the kitchenette, bottled water, a first-aid kit, shampoo, sunscreen.
